As a teacher, the author is sensitive to the topic of education in my life.Since seven or eight years of work,I have found what people in society always talk about education is the pressure on students, teachers' treatment, paid tutoring and other topics. There is a growing demand on the group of teachers, and it is particularly sensitive and enthusiastic about the topic of paid tutoring. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the phenomenon of paid tutoring and put forward some solutions.I hope to provide some suggestions for changing the social phenomenon of today's education.Through the reading summary of past academic works,as well as the questionnaire survey of middle and high school students,we find that the complex phenomenon of paid tutoring has many reasons:including the origin of examination-oriented education, the needs of the market, the teachers 'own factors and other factors. The influence of paid tutoring also has its two sides:on the one hand,it makes up for the shortcomings in education and teaching, and satisfies the needs of parents, students and teachers in different aspects. On the other hand,a bad atmosphere has been formed, which has caused negative effects on society, schools, and families. This has led to a huge misunderstanding of teachers, which is not conducive to the development of education and teaching. In order to properly deal with this problem,we need to treat it objectively and thoroughly. In the process of solving it,we should not apply a one-size-fits-all approach,we should treat it rationally from the national, legal, and teacher levels. It is hoped that this kind of research will produce new results. It aims to contribute a modest contribution to the promotion of teaching reform and the overall development of students.
