With the development of the times and the globalization of education,China's new curriculum reform has entered a critical stage.To further promote curriculum reform,teachers need to transform from curriculum imparters to curriculum leaders,with teachers' curriculum leadership.Shenzhen NS District as a high-quality talent center,the national education reform experimental demonstration zone,especially the national second-child policy liberalization,needs more high-quality new schools to meet the needs of the foreign population for education,teacher curriculum leadership is the key factor affecting the rapid development of ne w schools.Teachers' curriculum leadership refers to the ability of individual participation and curriculum design,teamwork,decision-making and implementation,and curriculum evaluation in the process of curriculum leadership,aiming at improving students' learning effectiveness,promoting self-professional development and school curriculum development.Based on the analysis of the current situation of teachers' leadership in GW Primary School of Shenzhen NS District and the summary of the practice,teachers' curriculum leadership can be improved through such paths as teachers' autonomy,school reform and remodeling,and borrowing from other schools.With the continuous development of the times,we can look forward to young teachers and experienced teachers will become the main role of curriculum leadership,mutual learning and mutual promotion to enhance teachers' curriculum leadership.Under the Internet plus background,the network platform will become one of the mainstream ways to enhance teachers' curriculum leadership.More and more frequent face-to-face educational exchanges in the world will make teachers' curriculum leadership more international.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for teachers' comprehensive quality.The thesis is composed of six chapters.Chapter 1: introduction.The main contents include research background,research contents and objectives,research ideas and methods,and literature review.The second chapter: Core concepts and theoretical foundations.The main contents include defining the relevant core concepts and explaining the theoretical basis.The third chapter is A survey was conducted before the implementation of new GW primary school teachers' curriculum leadership strategy.This paper analyzes the currentsituation of GW primary school teachers' curriculum leadership through the introduction of GW primary school,the structure of teachers' team and questionnaire,and puts forward the existing problems.The fourth chapter: GW primary school teachers' curriculum leadership strategies.Through the practice of three paths in GW Primary School,namely,teachers' self-generation,school reform and remodeling,and co-ordinating external forces to support,this paper expounds the current situation of three paths to enhance teachers' curriculum leadership.The fifth chapter: The implementation effect of GW primary school teachers' curriculum leadership strategy is analyzed.this paper summarizes the effectiveness of the new school GW elementary school to enhance teacher's curriculum leadership path through questionnaire survey and school results,and makes a thorough analysis and conclusions.The sixth chapter: Research prospect.This paper summarizes the development trend of teachers' curriculum leadership in new schools in the future,and looks forward to the path development direction of improving teachers' curriculum leadership in the future.
