Based on the theoretical research results of quantitative analysis of table tennis techniques and tactics over the years, this study combines the traditional three-segment index evaluation method with the performance characteristics and regular patterns of the Chop style game in the 40+era of plastic balls.Constructing a set of "Y-type"four-section evaluation indicators method that specifically evaluates the techniques and tactics of chop ting and playing. The study selected 64 man's singles from the top 250 man's world and the top 100 woman's chop style players(based on the world ranking published by the ITTF in January 2019).The research method uses literature, video observation method, mathematical statistics method and expert interview method.By analyzing the technical and tactical characteristics and regular patterns in the man's chop style game and the woman's chop style game, the necessity, feasibility and rationality of constructing the syllabus of the chop style method are explored. The main conclusions are organized as follows:(1)Putting the 11th board as the sign of the restricted section and the holding section, and constructing the "Y-type" four-section of the chop style method,so that the evaluation of the chop style method has its own index evaluation system, which can be more reasonably reflects the difference in strength of different chop style players in different segments of the game and the specific application of techniques and tactics. And It can also comprehensively and deeply summarize the technical and tactical sports characteristics of the chop style players, thus constructing a new evaluation method for the technical and tactical analysis of the chop style method.(2)Put forward the statistical method of dividing the scores of the 5th and 11th boards into different hitting segments,so that the players in the four-section of the chop style syllabus and the offensive players are on the data of each segment of the game.A correspondence, and the evaluation criteria was made for the respective scoring rate and usage rate of men and women in the practice of chopping the ball. The emphasis on the different sections of the chop style players in the training and the guidance and coaching of the coaches in the match.Providing theoretical references on the preparations is conducive to improving the scientific training of athletes and the level of competition in the competition.(3)Using the four-section evaluation method of the chop style method to analyze the world's excellent chop style players one by one,and found that:1)The playing style of FILUS RUWEN is more fierce, and the first 5 boards actively take the attack. The consciousness is very strong, and it is more inclined to compete for the outcome in the first 11 boards. However,at the same time,Its score rate and usage rate in the phase-holding segment are both low, which is its most vulnerable segment;Mate's technical and tactical features are more comprehensive, each segment is more balanced, and the usage rate of active snatch in the segment is It is lower than the FILUS RUWEN,but the usage rate of the phase is significantly higher than that of the FILUS RUWEN,and it is better at the war of consumption after the multiple round.2)There is no significant difference in the utilization rate of woman's chop style players, but there is a slight difference in the scoring rate.Kim Song I has the best performance in the ability to hold the segment, followed by the promotion segment. She needs to be focusing on improving the quality of the ball and backhand offensive ability;Wu Yang is the most prominent in the rushing and picking up segments, and the score rate in the restricted segment is slightly higher than that in Kim Song I,but the performance of the holding segment is the worst, and it is necessary to strengthen the stability of the multiple back-and-forth chop technique and also with reverse pull and continuous offensive ability.
