Research On The Development Of Athletic Basketball In China Based On Core Competitiveness Theory

The trend of basketball development in the world has raised higher requirements for the development of China's core competitiveness.In 2019,in order to further clarify the goals,tasks and measures for the construction of a sports power,and to give full play to the important role of sports in the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,the state council formulated the program for the construction of a sports power.1.Implement the national strategy of national fitness programs to help build a healthy China,the outline said.2.Enhance the comprehend strength of competitive sports and enhance the ability to win glory for the country.3.Accelerating the development of the sports industry and fostering new drivers of economic development.We will comprehensively promote the popularization and improvement of football,basketball and volleyball.We will actively explore the development path of the "three big balls" with Chinese characteristics,and build a training,competition and reserve personnel training system that is led by the government,coordinated by government departments and actively participated by the public.We will strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,strengthen the support of science and techno-logy,and make the "three big balls" training and competition more scientific.Excavate the "three big balls" project culture,and improve the public awareness and participation.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert investigation,video analysis,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:Through the investigation of this paper,it is found that in Asia,the core competitiveness of Chinese men's basketball team is in the upper stage,but there is a downward trend at present.In the worldwide,Chinese men's basketball team has a large number of young players,with 10 players participating in the World Cup for the first time and lacking experience.There is a big gap between the Chinese men's basketball team and the top teams in the world.According to the relevant investigation,it is concluded that the main factors influencing the core competitive basketball are coaches(including coaches' training ability,on-the-spot command ability,team management ability,tactical concept,professional),athlete factors(including their own physical and psychological quality,field execution,etc.),backup talent cultivation and leadership department policy changes.In view of the problems exiting in the Chinese men's basketball team and the main factors affecting the core competitiveness of competitive basketball in China,the following countermeasures are put forward: First,improve the selection and appointment system of coaches for the national team and improve the tactical guiding ideology;Secondly,strengthen the training of players' tactical awareness and basic skills,and improve their shooting ability and psychological ability to resist pressure;Third,it is necessary to change the strategy in the training of reserve talents,promote the cooperation and exchange vocational clubs and universities,and improve the professional level of talents training in the education system;Fourth,the leading development should proceed from the reality,further clarify the positioning goal of basketball competitive sports in our country,and establish the correct basketball training work policy and guiding ideology.
