The result of middle school physical education is an important part of the result of middle school students.In recent years,The increase of PE score in the middle school entrance examination has aroused the attention of teachers,parents and students.However,800 m and 1000 m training has always been a difficult point in the training process of physical education teachers,and it is also the key to improving the performance of sports examinations.Combining the characteristics of growth and development of junior high school students,special characteristics of 800 m and1000m,the lactic acid training methods and means suitable for junior high school students are formulated.This paper discusses the effects of optimized lactic acid training methods and methods on the 800 m and 1000 m results.The research is mainly to explore the training effect of the optimized lactic acid-resistant training methods and means for junior high school students of 800 m and1000m.The research methods such as literature method,Delphi method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method were mainly used to select 285 classes and286 students in the third grade of Jiancao District,and 285 classes were used as experimental subjects.Class,286 classes for the control class.The two classes were trained for 16 weeks.The experimental class used the optimized lactic acid training methods and means,and the control class used the original training methods and means,and recorded the experimental conditions and data.Two classes of students were tested before the experiment.The test indicators included 800 m for girls,1000 m for boys,15 m round-trip,height,weight,and vital capacity.Under the principle of single-blind experiment,a 16-week experiment was carried out according to the purpose of the experiment.After the experiment,the two classes of students were tested for the same indicators.Statistical analysis and analysis of the collected experimental data were conducted to explore the effects of different training methods and methods on the 800 m and 1000 m scores of the two classes.The results show:(1)The application of lactic acid-resistant training methods and methods after optimization has a positive impact on students' physical function and physical fitness.Compared with the control class,the experimental class had a certain degree of improvement in heart rate,basic pulse,15 m round-trip,and 600 m after the lung capacity,30s30 times of squatting,and the P value was less than 0.05,showing a significant difference.(2)After the experiment,the P values of the experimental and control classes of800 m and 1000 m were less than 0.05,showing significant differences.The experimental and control classes were improved by 800 m and 1000 m,but the improvement rate of the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the control class.Increase rate.Through the results,it can be clearly seen that the optimized lactic acid-resistant training methods and methods have higher influence on the 800 m and 1000 m scores than the original training methods and means.(3)Through the relaxation activities during the experiment,students can help relieve the fatigue caused by the exercise process and alleviate the students' adverse reactions after the “pole”.Adding yoga and games to the relaxation activities,the students' body and mind are all relieved in the happiness,which can further help the students to relieve the boredom caused by running in a short time,and improve the students' enthusiasm for running.Use yoga,relaxation and other relaxation methods to relax the muscles of students.Relaxing through yoga further enhances students' flexibility and willpower.(4)After the experiment,the will quality of the experimental class and the control class are significantly different,and the P value is less than 0.01.The optimized lactic acid training method and means can improve the junior high school students compared with the original training methods and means.The quality of the will enhances the willpower of the students.Through yoga practice,students' willpower can be further enhanced.
