Research On The Construction And Development Of Non High Level Orienteering Teams In Colleges And Universities

Orienteering is a sport combining physical ability and intelligence,which is popular among college students.Although Orienteering has been widely developed in Colleges and universities,and the competitive level of Orienteering teams has been greatly improved,there are still some problems in the development process of sports teams,which affect the construction and development of sports teams.In order to improve the competitive level of non-high level sports teams in Colleges and universities,promote the healthy development of Orienteering in Colleges and universities,and cultivate excellent talents for all-round development,this paper takes the construction and development of non-high level Orienteering teams in Colleges and universities as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to study the sports of non-high level Orienteering teams in Colleges and universities Based on the investigation and study of the basic conditions of the logistic support and relevant management systems of the staff,coaches and sports teams,the following conclusions are reached through discussion and analysis:1.The main source of non-high level directional athletes in Colleges and universities is ordinary high school,with few professional directional knowledge contact and poor foundation before entering the school;the motivation of participating in training is mainly personal hobbies and honors to win honor for the school,and the training passion of athletes is high;the selection methods of athletes are more,but the selection system is not perfect.2.The non-high-level orienteers in Colleges and universities can basically solve the problem of learning and training conflicts,but the training schedule is not very reasonable;most of the athletes can participate in high-level events only in the fixed national Orienteering Championships,provincial Orienteering Championships and provincial Orienteering Championships.3.The age and professional title structure of coaches of non high level Orienteering teams in Colleges and universities is more reasonable,only a few of them are born in orienteering major,and their teaching years are short;most coaches participate in orienteering related professional training and study less,and their scientific research level needs to be improved.4.Leaders of colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to non high level Orienteering teams;most Orienteering teams rely on experience management,and the relevant management system is not perfect.5.The related facilities of non-high level Orienteering teams in Colleges and universities are basically satisfied,the funds of sports teams are relatively tight,and most of them rely on school funding;the incentive measures for athletes and coaches need to be improved.Recommendation:1.Improve the basis of orienteering and improve the selection system of non high level orienteers.2.Reasonably arrange the training time of athletes,and relevant departments actively hold directional sports competitions to increase the opportunities for athletes to participate,so as to improve the competitive level of athletes.3.Colleges and universities should actively introduce professional directional coaches,increase the number of coaches' directional related training and learning,improve the professional technical ability of coaches;through actively participating in scientific research creation,combine scientific research results with actual training,so as to improve the competitive level of sports teams.4.We should pay more attention to the non high level Orienteering teams,strengthen the policy support to the teams,improve the management system,and promote the healthy development of the teams.5.We will increase investment in non high-level Orienteering teams and expand their sources of funding.
