Objectives: This article aims to provide scientific football aerobic endurance training methods for the practical training and guidance of youth football clubs and football school teams, design two reduced field training exercises with different time intervals among groups,in order to discuss its impact on the aerobic endurance of young athletes and provide a reference for aerobic training of young players. Methods: We use the literature information, expert interview, experiment and mathematical statistics method.and we use the U13 echelon back team of Hengda Football School as the research object,we use the MT Sports real-time monitoring system equipment to monitor the load of these two aerobic training methods combined with ball in small field and use the test of Yo-Yo intermittent endurance to evaluate and analyze the experiment data.Results:1.The heart rate intensity of the experimental group showed an obvious wavy curve, which was consistent with the aerobic high-intensity certain intermittent time and sufficient recovery training. The pre-experiment of the two training exercises shows that they both are consistent with aerobic high-intensity training criterion: the proportion of the 79%-100% intensity of the experimental group is 84.1%;the control group is 89.42%,and the main difference between the two groups is the change of intermittent time.2.The heart rate intensity curve of the control group gradually flattened, which is in line with the training of aerobic high-intensity,with gradually reduced intermittent time and insufficient recovery.During the four-week test, the intensity ratio of 79%-100% in both groups showed a downward trend: the experimental group decreased from 86.66% in the first week to 82.23% in the fourth;the control group decreased from 92.46% to 82.62% in the fourth week.3.Techniques and tactics:(1)Techniques: From the first week to the fourth week, the pass success rate of the players has increased, and the scoring chance 1 point for completing 8 consecutive passes has shown an upward trend.(2)Tactics: The ball-handling player intends to create the space on the court and find a suitable position to respond;the defender forms a regional defense, driving the ball-handling player to the corner in a targeted manner, and forms a siege.4.Yo-Yo intermittent endurance test: the two groups dramatically changed before and after(p <0.01),There was no significant difference between the two groups before the test(p = 0.0.811> 0.05),however after the test, the results of both groups have improved, with a considerable difference in the result before the test(p = 0.038 <0.05).Conclusions:1.In the first four weeks, the high-intensity heart rate of the experimental group showed a gradual decrease trend, and there was a significant difference between the first and fourth weeks with respect to the 65%-72%,93%-100%,the average heart rate and maximum heart rate, manifested in the intersection of load intensity, which appeared in the second week.By the analysis of the video,it can be seen that the tactical behavior of the players in the small field game gradually changed: at the beginning, they got tighter to pass and grab, but at the end,the ball-holding party opened the space and made a reasonable position selection, while the defenders move consciously as a whole part to block the possible passes. Therefore, changes in body adaptation and tactics have led to a decline in the high-intensity ratio.2.The control group showed the similar phenomenon in terms of techniques and tactics as the experimental group. The changes in tactical intention and body adaptation led to the changes in the heart rate load intensity of the players. However, due to the decreasing interval, the control group showed the intersection of such physical adaptation and load intensity in the third week, which appeared one week later than the experimental group.3.In small-field confrontation training, the control group had a significantly higher index of moving distance,high-intensity running distance, the numbers of high-intensity running, changes in direction and acceleration reductions than the experimental group. They indicate that the changes in training methods produce different training performances.4.In the Yo-Yo test, the two groups dramatically changed before and after(p <0.01),indicating that both training methods apparently improved the two groups of players, and then by comparing the rear side of the experimental group and the control group, the Yo-Yo data(p = 0.038 <0.05)show that there is a significant improvement, which manifests that the small field competition with decreasing intermittent time has a more profound impact on athletes.
