A Study On The Action Of Social Workers Training In The Social Work Stations Of Villages And Towns In Hunan Province

Since 2018,Hunan Province successively launched the opinions on the implementation of promoting government purchase of services and strengthening the capacity of grass-roots civil affairs handling services(XMF[2018]No.10)and the implementation plan of Hunan township social work service station project(Trial)(XMF[2018]No.16),all cities,districts(counties)in the province have actively responded to the spirit of the document,and have been working in the towns of the province more than 1600 social work service stations have been set up.After more than one year,each township social work station has achieved initial results,but the emphasis on the training of social work personnel in the township social work station is generally small,and the content and method innovation of training is not enough.From the point of view of the trainers,the training of social workers ignores the main role of social workers in the social work station;from the point of view of social workers in the social work station,social workers are very lack of professional knowledge and practical experience,they are eager to improve the professional ability of social workersAccording to the current situation of social workers in C County social work station of Changsha City,combined with the principles and procedures of action research theory,this paper conducts action research on the training of social workers in C County social work station,and tries to explore an effective way to cultivate social workers in C County social work station.The first round of action research mainly focuses on personnel training services guided by the completion of task indicators,specifically through the administrative "Online + offline" monitoring work to protect the rights and interests of social workers,educational special training and "old bring new" imitation learning to cultivate social workers professionals,through observation and interview to find the lack of action,and on this basis,transform the service orientation into the demand of social workers in social work stations,continue to carry out the second round of action research,expand the service form and enrich the service content.At the same time,through observation,interview and questionnaire,the author collected information and analyzed the action process.The research results show that through two rounds of action,the social workers in the township social work station have improved their professional theoretical knowledgeand practical skills to varying degrees,have a further understanding of social workers' values and ethics codes,and effectively improve the professional ability of social workers.Finally,the author draws a conclusion: on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the social work station and its team,a series of service activities including administrative protection of the rights and interests of social workers,educational training of social workers and supportive psychological guidance of social workers are effective means and methods to cultivate social workers in the station.
