With the continuous development of education reform and the continuous innovation of educational concepts,the United States first proposed the STEM(science,technology,engineering and mathematics)education development strategy.Nowadays,the STEM education concept has received the attention from various countries.Later,in order to enrich and develop STEM education,people proposed to add Art elements to it.Thus,current STEAM education was created.STEAM education emphasizes that the development of education should not only emphasize the cultivation of students' scientific literacy,hands-on ability,engineering awareness,design concepts and the consciousness of applying mathematics to scientific inquiry,but also the humanisticl iteracy of knowledge,the artistry and creativity of education.Such a development concept meets the requirements of social development on talent specifications.Through the deep exploration of the core concepts of STEAM,this study carries out the creative development and design of interesting physics experiment cases with purpose and value orientation.The feasibility and operational of this research can effectively train the innovative talents with critical spirit and lifelong learning ability proposed by the society in the context of the new curriculum reform,which can help teachers provide case references and value orientation in the relevant teaching,.This article has a total of five chapters,the specific content is designed as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background of this topic,and through the observation of the practical teaching work and the reading of a lot of domestic and foreign literature,it is found that the integration of STEAM in China's educational work is still at the primary stage,mainly due to the short development time of STEAM in China,the lack of STEAM teachers,and the influence of the test-oriented education in China for a long time.In addition,the research purpose,significance,ideas and methods of this study are also elaborated.The second chapter is mainly to introduce the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this subject.Related concepts mainly include STEAM education,the meaning of interesting physics experiment design and misunderstandings,etc.These concepts are roughly defined.Then the ar ticle explores the status and value of integrating the STEAM concept in subject teaching,and further clarify the feasibility and importance of brin ging the STEAM concept in the interesting physics experiment design.The third chapter is the design and analysis of the three interesting physics experiment cases selected by STEAM.Trying to dig deep into the STEAM elements contained in different experimental designs,in order to carry out practical teaching attempts on this basis.The fourth chapter introduces the teaching practice of one of the design cases,mainly from the background analysis,content selection,idea design,activity implementation and reflection aspects of activity practice,its purpose is to test whether the previous case design based on STEAM concept Has sufficient operational and can cultivate students' ability to think independently and explore actively.The fifth chapter is a summary of this study,reflecting on the shortcomings of this study and the expectations for later research to ensure the follow-up exploration related to this study.After the innovative design of the interesting physics experiment based on the STEAM concept in this study,student learning enthusiasm was greatly improved,and their problem awareness was gradually highlighted.The cooperative communication ability,hands-on operation ability and problem solving ability were improved,which is in line with STEAM education The core idea.
