A Study On The Characteristics Of Women's Large-scale Technical And Tactical Application In The Taekwondo Championship Of Chinese College Students

In this paper,taking the Chinese college students Taekwondo Championship Women's large-scale athletes in 2018-2019 as the research object,67 kg,73kg and +73kg game videos are selected,and the research methods of literature,video observation,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used to systematically analyze the technical and tactical level of Chinese College students Taekwondo women's large-scale athletes To find out the problems and combine with the characteristics of large-scale athletes,to put forward appropriate and targeted technical and tactical strategies,to provide theoretical reference and basis for further improving the competitive level of female college students' Taekwondo athletes and improving the training program,and to provide the latest Reliable data.The results show that:1.From the point of view of the score,women's large-scale athletes mainly use two-point technique and three-point technique,but they have some differences in the score,the first three athletes' three-point technique score is higher than the latter two athletes.Compared with the small level,the four point and five point techniques are rarely used,and the scoring rate is not high.2.The success rate of the first three athletes is higher than that of the second two.College women's large-scale athletes mainly used to cross kick and push kick techniques,supplemented by other techniques.Push kick technique has also become the main movement technique of attack and defense in the two games.3.In the combination technique,the combination times of two consecutive technical movements are the highest.Compared with the latter two athletes,the top three women athletes of large level have higher success rate and scoring rate of combination technique of three or more times than that of the second combination.The most frequently used technique is continuous attack,which is also the key point of scoring.The second is the technique of continuous counterattack,and the second is less.4.In the aspect of hitting head technique,the former horizontal kick and down chop were the main techniques,and other techniques were the auxiliary.Compared with the small level,the types of head hitting technique used by the first three athletes are basically the same as the last two athletes,but the success rate and scoring rate of the first three athletes are higher than the last two athletes.Although the success rate of hook kick and backspin kick is not very high,it is also an improvement of the head hitting technique used by Chinese college female athletes,which increases the appreciation of the competition.5.The tactics are mainly attack tactics and Counterattack Tactics.In the offensive tactics,the direct attack tactics are mostly used;in the counterattack,the direct counterattack is mainly used,the indirect counterattack is supplemented,the success rate of the direct counterattack is higher;the feint attack tactics is second,but the success rate is lower than the detour tactics.
