My Country's Small Basketball Based On SWOT-PEST Analysis Paradigm Research On League Promotion Strategy

Basketball is a popular sport for young children.Participating in basketball can improve their physical quality and promote them to form the habit of participating in physical exercises for a long time.To promote the development of China's basketball,we must start from dolls.By promoting and popularizing small basketball,we should build a national small basketball league system,and promote more young children to participate in small basketball.Small Basketball League is an important carrier to promote the continuous development of small basketball,but also an important platform for young basketball fans to show and improve their sports skills.Therefore,we must attach great importance to the operation and management of the small Basketball League,improve the level of competition,and improve the good service for the youth groups.This study mainly uses literature,questionnaire and interviews to study the small Basketball League.With the help of SWOT-PEST analysis paradigm,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of China's small Basketball League,aiming to clarify the internal and external environment faced by the development of small basketball,and puts forward targeted development strategies,so as to promote the sustainable development of China's small basketball League.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the promotion of small Basketball League should focus on interest,let more children contact basketball as soon as possible,and cultivate the enthusiasm and habit of participating in basketball.(2)the promotion value of small Basketball League mainly includes: social value-promoting the all-round development of young children;fitness value-promoting the participation of young people in basketball;economic value-promoting the development of young people's basketball industry;competitive value-strengthening the foundation of basketball reserve talents.(3)the internal advantages of the small Basketball League mainly include: the education department attaches great importance to the physical education;the vigorous development of the sports industry;the good basketball foundation and atmosphere in China;the suitability of the rules of the small Basketball League.(4)the internal disadvantages of the small Basketball League: the single main body of the basketball association to promote;small basketball training market scale;small basketball court and lack of professional personnel;small player transportation and enrollment difficulties.(5)external opportunities for the development of small Basketball League: the state attaches great importance to the physical health of young people;the economic income and living standards of residents continue to improve;the scale and awareness of residents' physical fitness expand;modern science and technology optimize the dissemination of event information.(6)external threats to the development of small Basketball League: lack of high-level promotion of government departments;lack of special development funds;contradictions between learning and training,school inaction and irregular training industry;connection between small Basketball League and Youth Basketball League.(7)development strategy of China's small Basketball League: the government should attach great importance to promoting the sustainable development of small Basketball League;promote the small basketball into the campus and cultivate a good campus basketball culture;strengthen media publicity and cooperation,improve the influence of small Basketball League;strengthen the training of professional talents,improve the development quality of smallBasketball League;broaden the sources of funds and boost Benign development of small Basketball League: unblock the growth channel of small players and enhance the endogenous power of the development of small Basketball League.
