In 2017,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Standards for General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum,establishing the physical fitness module as a compulsory compulsory learning content,and put forward requirements for the physical content module teaching content,teaching tips,and academic quality levels.However,through further interpretation of the physical fitness module,it is found that the new curriculum standards have a lot of content and are difficult to sort out,which has caused current front-line teachers to have confusion during the implementation of the physical fitness module.To this end,this article adopts research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,and mathematical statistics method.According to the national adolescents' physical health promotion,curriculum standards and other content requirements,the general high school physical education and health curriculum Module content index system.At the same time,based on the teaching content system of the physical fitness module,the current status of physical fitness module teaching in the physical education and health curriculum in ordinary senior high schools in Zhejiang Province is investigated.The results are as follows:Establishment and weight determination of physical fitness module content indicators for ordinary senior high school physical education and health courses:1.Determined the basic principles and methods of physical fitness,the basic principles and methods of improving body composition,the procedures and methods of physical fitness planning,and the methods of evaluating physical fitness levels and effects.Four primary indicators;the basic principles and values of physical fitness 8basic indicators including basic principles and values for improving body composition;and 23 corresponding tertiary indicators.2.The analytic hierarchy process was used to establish the weights of the first-level and second-level indicators of the teaching content of the physical fitness module of ordinary senior high schools.The weights of the first-level indicators are:the basic principles and methods of physical fitness(0.3624),the basic principles andmethods of improving body composition(0.3035),the procedures and methods for formulating physical fitness programs(0.1812),and the content and methods of evaluating physical fitness effects(0.1529).The analysis of the weights of the four first-level indicators shows that the basic principles and methods of physical fitness have the largest weights,and the content and methods of physical fitness exercise evaluation have the lowest weights.Current status of physical fitness modules for physical education in ordinary senior middle schools in Zhejiang Province:1.Physical education module teaching implementation: only 8.7% of teachers strictly follow the "curriculum standards" to implement the 18 hours of compulsory compulsory learning,and 71.01% of teachers to implement the extra hours,while68.87% of teachers focused on physical education module teaching time in the third grade.This shows that the current implementation of physical education module teaching in ordinary high schools is not optimistic,there is a serious deviation from the "curriculum standards" phenomenon,also does not conform to the high school students to the physical education module learning and mastering the law,the impact of the physical test is greater,showing a very strong color of exam-oriented teaching.2.Physical modules on the implementation of the teaching content: choose physical quality the most basic principle and the method of module content,and select the application that physical exercise plan and the method of least module content,comprehensive analysis,a line of teaching,the teachers' heavy exercise class light principle and method of the content of the class teaching,is not conducive to high school students' self management,design,evaluation of physical exercise ability.3.Physical education module content teachers' cognition: high school physical education teachers have the highest degree of knowledge about basic principles and methods of physical quality,and the lowest degree of knowledge about basic principles and methods of improving body composition.It shows that high school physical education teachers have a low understanding of healthy physical fitness,and their knowledge is not enough to learn and update,so they still stay in the traditional physical education curriculum.4.Students' cognition of physical fitness module content: high school students have mastered certain theoretical knowledge of basic principles and methods of physical fitness,but they seriously lack the learning cognition of theoretical knowledge of procedures and methods of physical fitness program,which is far from the requirements of academic quality level of physical fitness module put forward by curriculum standards.
