On January 16,2018,the Ministry of Education Officially issued The Curriculum Standards For Physical Education And Health In Ordinary High Schools(2017 edition)(later referred to as the '17th Edition Curriculum Standards'),which was approved by the National Teaching Materials Committee,and decided that the standards will be implemented from the fall semester of 2018.One credit physical ability module is added as one of the changes of 'curriculum standard of the 17th edition'.A module lasts generally 18-class hours,which is parallel to 1 health and education module and 10 sports skill series modules.The establishment of physical fitness module is a new cognition to improve students' physical quality and foster good psychological quality.This new form of curriculum design is bound to break the original teaching system of physical education and healthy physical development in high school,the redesign of physical fitness module curriculum has become an important issue to be solved in the reform of physical education and health curriculum in ordinary high schools.This research mainly includes the literature material method,interview method,case analysis and other research methods,based on the 11 schools a total of 15 teachers in investigation of current situation of physical module in curriculum implementation and observation of 3 schools' curriculum practice,mainly about the mode of physical module curriculum implementation schedule,choice of teaching content and teaching effect evaluation were analyzed,and the main conclusions are as follows.1.The ordinary high school physical fitness module courses are physical fitness cour ses related to students' physical health.The teaching objectives can be divided into goals that will help to form exercise habit,exercise ability and healthy behavior.The teaching f ocuses on physical exercise methods and physical fitness plans.2.There are some problems in carrying out physical education module courses in ord inary high schools,such as the lagging implementation of‘17th Edition Curriculum Stan dards',the fragmentation of module teaching content,the lack of innovation in teaching c ontent and teaching form,unreasonable teaching time arrangement and insufficient under standing of physical education teachers' thoughts.The problem of innovation and develo pment of physical fitness module curriculum implementation mode needs to be solved ur gently.3.The time arrangement,selection of teaching content and improvement and innovation of teaching effect evaluation method of physical fitness module course in ordinary high school are the three core problems of the implementation method of physical fitness module course in ordinary high school in China.4.In terms of the time arrangement of physical fitness module courses,specialized physical fitness module courses,'class training' mode,fragmented physical fitness module courses,integration of multiple modes and other modes are mainly adopted;In addition to the standard teaching content,cross-space teaching content and interesting teaching content can also be selected.The assessment methods of teaching effect can adopt the assessment of physical fitness development trend,multi-node physical fitness assessment and so on,and physical fitness assessment methods can be taught.
