In 2017,the State General Administration of sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the guiding opinions on strengthening the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports,which proposed to support and guide social forces to participate in the cultivation of reserve talents.Under the current environment of campus football in China,it is necessary to explore the path of social forces to participate in the cultivation of reserve talents for football.In recent years,Wuhan has cultivated a large number of excellent football players in succession,which is closely related to breaking the training system of amateur sports schools originally funded by the state and in charge of sports committees at all levels,and innovating and developing a new model of cooperation between schools and various social non-governmental organizations under the guidance of society and market.Through the investigation of 16 football characteristic schools' social forces participating in the training of reserve talents,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are 153 schools with campus football characteristics in Wuhan,including 112 in the main urban area and 41 in the far urban area.It is difficult to meet the needs of football reserve personnel training only by relying on government and school resources.It is necessary to introduce social resources.Through the investigation of the selected schools,it is found that social forces have participated in the training of reserve personnel.(2)The ways for social forces to participate in the training of reserve talents are as follows: in terms of organizational leadership,the Football Association,as a social organization,forms a campus football working group with the Education Bureau and the Sports Bureau to guide and implement the campus football work of the whole city;in terms of Condition Guarantee,clubs,universities and enterprises provide coaches and set up football development by signing contracts,purchasing services from the government,etc In terms of training,social forces participate in the school district city youth training system,and provide professional club echelon training and foreign training;in terms of competition,the football association provides corresponding technical support,and social forces such as enterprises and clubs are responsible for undertaking,so as to make the League more scale and expand the influence of the competition.(3)The difficulties of social forces in the process of participation include: the path dependence of management system,the problems of Football Association in the coach training system;the single source structure of social teachers' participation,the lack of standardized participation mode,and the high mobility of coaches;the different investment of social forces in the funds of characteristic schools and the low investment in the materials needed for training.(4)In order to promote the participation of social forces,the following suggestions are provided: first,break the path dependence,introduce a third-party evaluation agency for supervision,and at the same time,the football association should improve the corresponding training and assessment system;second,through cooperation with enterprises,establish internship sites with universities or invite family leaders and other ways to attract teachers,and formulate corresponding rules to standardize social participation;third,the government Through preferential policies,the government attracts social capital to participate in the construction of football venues.At the same time,the school should actively cooperate with social forces to broaden the channels of funding sources.Fourth,encourage social organizations to participate in campus football events,and provide more opportunities for athletes to participate in the events.
