Archery has a very long history in our country.In 2008,our country won the first gold medal in archery,but after that,our achievements have been rising and falling,and we have not been able to achieve a major breakthrough.It needs our reflection.The constant changes in the rules of modern archery make all countries constantly modify and formulate the physical training of archery.Fundamentally speaking,archery belongs to the category of technical and physical fitness.Technology is the core of the sport,but physical fitness also plays a crucial role.With the support of my tutor,I participated in the physical training of the national archery team in preparing for the winter training of 2019 World Championships.From November 2018 to March 2019,I discussed with the National Archery physical training team under the leadership of the General Administration of sport of the people's Republic of China to formulate the physical training plan of athletes.The aim is to improve the physical reserve of athletes,reduce the risk of training injury,and improve athletes' performance and competitive ability,so as to win excellent results in 2019 World Championships.This paper analyzes and discusses the physical training methods and load of preparing for the 2019 World Championship winter training by using the methods of literature,expert interview,observation,test,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.It can provide reference for the national archery team to prepare for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.Conclusion:1.The archery physical training program should be designed comprehensively according to the characteristics of archery.According to the theory and practice of sports training,the national archery team divides the winter training into three stages: foundation,improvement and maintenance.The basic stage is to consolidate the foundation,improve the physical strength,maintain the stage maintenance state,and reasonably plan the tasks of the whole training stage.Maintain the scientific and targeted physical training.2.The physical training of archery is made from four aspects: strength training,energy metabolism,regeneration and recovery,and minimizing the risk of injury.It emphasizes the integrated training of action mode,which is better combined with special physical fitness on the basis of traditionalphysical training.3.In the archery project,the upper limb strength training mostly carries on the movement of lifting,mainly uses the upper limb push-pull movement mode to carry on the training,the trunk and the lower limbs require the stability in the same plane,so it is necessary to develop the anti flexion,extension and anti rotation ability in the same plane of the trunk and the lower limbs.4.The energy metabolism system needs to develop the aerobic function system of athletes,but it also needs to train the stress ability and adaptability of the anaerobic system ability of athletes in the competition.5.The national archery team's physical training arrangement in the winter training is more reasonable,but the means and load arrangement are relatively simple,the load is mainly of medium and small intensity,and the single load means have certain limitations on the stimulation of athletes.The quality of winter training is affected by the injury of athletes.6.After the effect test before and after the winter training,the physical reserve of the athletes has been greatly improved,and the physical movement dysfunction of the athletes has also been correspondingly improved,reducing the risk of sports injury.So that the athletes can achieve the ideal competitive state with the actual competition requirements.
