Research objective: Taekwondo has the title of "the most influential fighting sport in the world",and has long been China's dominant Olympic event.However,there is a big gap between China's male Taekwondo athletes and the world's first-class level.To this end,improving athletes' physical fitness and physical ability has become an urgent issue to be solved.Enhanced training is a fast and intensive training method.The contraction of the muscle is first stretched and activated to perform the contraction cycle(Stretch-Shortening Cycle,SSC)to store the muscle elastic potential energy.power.The forms include in-situ jumping,box jumping,and deep jumping.This form of exercise increases myosin regulation of phosphorylation of the light chain,increases the calcium sensitivity of actin and myosin,and thus improves myosin interaction.The bridge activity enhances the muscle contraction and explosive ability.Therefore,it also has a positive promotion effect on the sensitive quality while improving the explosive force of the lower limbs of Taekwondo athletes.At present,the domestic and international adoption of this method is relatively lacking in the confirmation of Taekwondo projects.This study explores the impact of 8-week enhanced training on the lower extremity and sensitivity of Taekwondo athletes.It provides reliable evidence for the application of enhanced training in the training of Taekwondo athletes,and provides effective interventions for Taekwondo athletes to improve their explosiveness and sensitivity.Methods:24 taekwondo athletes from shangti sports school were recruited as subjects.According to the sports level is set to have A sports cos group(12)and the movement cos group(12),through two groups of athletes height,weight and age and the maximum power level(1 rm)measurements divided into experimental group and the control group and stepless experimental group and the control group,called two experimental group A,two comparison groups,called group B,group A unified plyometrics combining traditional strength training,group B unified traditional strength training,group B in the case of completes the experimental group,group number for additional two groups of strength training,two groups of total training time and load.The training content was confirmed by experts through the Delphi method for the indicators of the content of traditional strength training and reinforcement training.Test indexes: CMJ and SJ were used for explosive force;T test and hexagon test,Illinois agility test,pro agility test.Data analysis: independent sample T test was used to analyze the differences between groups before and after the experiment of relevant test indicators,and repeated measurement variance analysis was used to analyze the differences between groups before and after the experiment of relevant test indicators.Results :((1)Independent sample T test found that there was no significant difference in lower extremity explosive force and sensitivity score between the experimental and control groups before and after the experiment(P> 0.05);(2)Examination and analysis of the lower extremity of the exercise class showed that the difference between the front and back test data of the experimental group was significant(P <0.05),and the difference between the front and back numbers of the control group was not significant(P> 0.05).The mean value is greater than the control data results.(3)The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the difference between the test data of the lower extremity explosive force test group of the stepless athletes was significant(P <0.05),and the data of the control group before and after the CMJ test was not significantly different(P> 0.05),SJ test There is a significant difference between before and after data(P <0.05),and there is a significant difference between the SJ of the experimental group with and without exercise level(P <0.05).(4)Analysis of variance of exercise repeated measurement analysis of sensitive test indexes with exercise level,the experimental group had significant differences before and after the experiment(P <0.05);the control group had no significant difference before and after the experiment except PRO sensitivity test(P <0.05)Sex difference(P> 0.05),the average value of each index data of the post-test experimental group is greater than that of the control group.(5)Repeated analysis of variance analysis shows that there is a significant difference between the experimental group without sensitivity test before and after the experiment(P <0.05),and no significant difference between the control except the T test before and after the experiment(P> 0.05),and there is exercise There is also a significant difference between the T test and the hexagonal jump after the experiment in the grade and non-sport grade experimental groups(P <0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Through 8 weeks of enhanced training intervention,the lower limb explosiveness index of athletes with sports grades is significantly improved;enhanced training can be used as an effective means to enhance the lower limb explosiveness of Taekwondo class athletes.(2)Through 8 weeks of enhanced training intervention,the index of lower limb explosiveness of athletes without sports grades is significantly improved;enhanced training can be used as an effective means of enhancing the lower limb explosive force of Taekwondo stepless athletes.(3)After 8 weeks of enhanced training intervention Taekwondo experimental group with sports grades had a significant improvement in sports sensitivity.Enhanced training can be used as an effective means to improve the sensitive qualities of Taekwondo class athletes.(4)After 8 weeks of intensive training intervention,the exercise sensitivity index of the Taekwondo experimental group without exercise level was significantly improved.Enhanced training can be used as an effective means to improve the sensitive qualities of Taekwondo stepless athletes.
