This paper aims to study the influence of Nanquan teaching on the physical and mental health of college students.Through the study of college students' mental health level,this paper analyzes whether the teaching of Nanquan can have positive intervention effect on college students' psychological pressure,hoping to provide scientific basis for the future teaching of Nanquan in colleges and universities.Article USES the literature material method,the teaching experiment,mathematical statistics method to the Guangdong institute of petroleum and chemical polymer professional university two classes of grade one students as the research object,the two classes were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group of each 20 people,men and women as the research object of this teaching experiment,the teaching both before and after the intervention in students physical health and mental health were analyzed.The results showed that :(1)there was a significant difference in body weight and BMI between male and female college students before and after the intervention,which indicated that the teaching of Nanquan had a significant impact on the body shape of college students.(2)in terms of the influence of Nanquan teaching on college students' physical function,there was a significant difference in systolic blood pressure between male and female college students after intervention and before intervention,among which female college students showed a very significant difference,indicating that the teaching intervention of Nanquan had a significant impact on systolic blood pressure.(3)how well the teaching on the influence on college students' physical quality,the boy in the 1000 m,standing long jump in succession,crook proneness three index appeared significant difference before and after the intervention,the girl in the 800 meters,standing long jump in succession,crook proneness also showed significant difference three indicators,suggests how teaching can improve students' physical quality.(4)how well after the teaching intervention on the balance of the experimental group students' ability to achieve good effect on testing,including static balance and dynamic balance testing results have shown significant difference,through teaching after the intervention,sensitive quality appeared significant difference,college students show that how the teachingintervention to improve the students' balance and sensitive quality have obvious effect.(5)in terms of the indexes of Nanquan teaching on college students' mental health,there were significant differences in the interpersonal relationship sensitivity,depression,anxiety,sleep and diet of college students before and after the intervention,indicating that Nanquan teaching had a positive effect on these psychological factors of college students.Research conclusion: Nanquan teaching intervention on college students' vital capacity of body function and diastolic blood pressure,heart rate has no obvious improvement,quiet,systolic blood pressure on college students' body form and endurance,lower limbs explosive power,flexibility,balance and sensitive quality have a positive impact,to alleviate the pressure of the college students' mental play a role at the same time.
