Research On The Management Of L Town's Population Surveillance In The Transition Of Fertility Policy

Population monitoring,which was formerly known as family planning population statistics,is an important function of the Chinese family planning department,and it takes the basic part in family planning work and services.With the transformation of Chinese family planning policy and the institutional reform of family planning departments,population monitoring(family planning population statistics)is also facing the problem of transformation and development.Grass-roots population monitoring and management is a key basis for determining the perfection of population management information.Based on the theory and practice of Grass-roots population monitoring at home and abroad,this paper take L town of Lulong County as an sample case,find out the problems,clarifies the reasons,combs the countermeasures,and finally in order to provide some optimized references and advices for the L town's Grass-roots population monitoring practice during the first year after the transition of Chinese fertility policy and the reform of Chinese population &fertility sector.In the context,this dissertation researches and analysis the monitoring and management of rural population in L town,There are many problems in some important aspects in L town,such as the construction of L town's grass-roots staff,the large amount of permanent residents' population,and the methods of population monitoring in L town.This may results in a series of problems in the normal work of population monitoring in the transformation of family planning policy.Based on the result of research and analysis,increasing publicity of population monitoring,improving the relevant management specification,increasing the staff personnel organization and management,improving the information sharing system and referencing advanced experience of other regions,could facilitate the management of population monitoring,which could take an active part in the adjustment of fertility policy and the improvement of fertility services.
