Research On The Optimization Of The Curriculum Content Of Special Technical Course Of Wushu Routine For Wushu Major

That,improving the quality of undergraduate education and reviving traditional culture,is the central task of Wushu curriculum reform in Colleges and universities.Based on this,as the core course of Wushu specialty,how to embody the historical wisdom of Wushu technology and better implement the educational function of national traditional culture has become an important topic,so as to provide ideas for the curriculum reform of Wushu specialty in Colleges and universities.By using the methods of literature,investigation,interview and mathematical statistics,this study analyzes the syllabus and teaching materials of the special technical courses of Wushu routines in five colleges and universities.It is found that the contents of the courses emphasize the competitive Wushu routines,and the technical exercises focus on mastering skills,ignoring the cultural attributes of Wushu techniques,so it is difficult to realize the educational objectives of traditional national sports in Colleges and universities Mark.In view of this problem,according to the theory of technology and culture,the concept of "Wushu technology is a kind of culture" is put forward;according to the theory of nationality and tradition in social science,the category of national tradition in Wushu specialty is determined;the three principles of course content selection in Wushu routine special course of Wushu specialty are defined with reference to the theory of essentialism course,and finally action research method is used in Wushu specialty Practice and test the optimized course content in the special technical course of professional Wushu routine.Concluded as follows: 1.We should build the professional courses of Wushu with the concept of "Wushu technology culture".As the core of Wushu culture,Wushu technical culture is the reflection of the law of attack and defense technology recognized in the historical practice,and these body movements have a strict logic system.2."National tradition" refers to the classic culture recognized by all ethnic groups in history.The content optimization of the special technical course of Wushu routine should be combined with the classic Wushu ancient books.3.There are three principles for the content selection of the special technical course of Wushu routine: under the concept of Wushu technical culture,the content of the course should highlight the form of "dance to Internet",and the content of the course should be based on historical classics.4.The practice of action research shows that: in the process of learning the course content under the concept of Wushu technology and culture,students can recognize the historical wisdom of Wushu technology,gradually form a clear understanding of Wushu technology knowledge system,clear learning motivation,and improve the sense of identity of national traditional culture.
