As an outstanding national traditional sports program in China,wushu has a profound and long history and is one of the beautiful symbols of Chinese excellent traditional culture.As one of the three branches of competitive martial arts,changquan project has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.The purpose of this study is to explore the problems existing in the development of wushu men's changquan project and the future development trend through the analysis of the technology of men's long boxing.It provides theoretical thinking for the continuous improvement of the competition rules,the technical development of the long boxing category and the project training and competition.In 2017 the 13 th national games wushu man long fist class 13 all athletes as the research object,through the literature material law,scene viewing method,video analysis,data processing method,comparative analysis,logical analysis,analysis of universal project with three individual athletes action quality,practice level and the difficulty of technology method,score and existing insufficiency,looking for men's long reach the winning rule of project and technology development trend forecast,for the rise of the technical level of the competitive martial arts long fist class projects,and ideas and reference for the athletes and coaches training.The following conclusions are drawn from the research1.The quality of the action continues to be stable and the error rate is low,but the basic action error of the inverse growth type is present.In the context of the game,in terms of quality of action to keep a steady in recent years,the errors is extremely low,but the leg balance and empty place lotus not shoulder induced or points that are a direct result of point game,also explains the athletes in daily training of basic martial arts movements ignore do not take the action,the basis of the stability of the attention is not high.2.The difficulty action technology presents the extreme state in the rules,and pushes forward the development of the competition rules.Great part to fulfill the rules require stable and excellent athletes in the difficulty of movement of 1.40 points and connection difficulty of 0.60,while on the part of the content is still not perfect,but the trend is reversed transmission the adjustment and improvement of the martial arts competition rules,in order to highlight the difficulty action a exist in competitive wushu value and significance.3.The level of practice is the key to winning the competition.There is still a lot of room for improvement in the level of athletes' practice.In this competition,the athlete skill score is the final ranking,the key to distinguish between athletic ability,on the one hand,only 13 athletes an athlete each level score in(2)level shows that the athletes level of technology and expected value of perfect rules state there is still a gap;How to reasonable use rules,on the other hand,drill guide to promote technology level is rooted project connotation,and close to the reality needs,is still the project better and faster development of athletics wushu have to conquer the technical problem.4.Internal and external adverse factors are still the obstacle to the winning of the athletes.5.There is still a large gap between Hong Kong and mainland China,but they are both non-objective reasons,which can quickly advance project development in a short time.
