Flexibility is one of the basic qualities of rhythmic gymnastics,and the flexibility of hip joint is the fundamental guarantee for the formation of art and technology.PNF stretching method was proposed by Kabat et al,an American physician in the 20 th century.It is called "proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation method".At the beginning,it is mainly used in the treatment of neuromuscular paralysis.In recent years,PNF stretching method has been gradually used in human body flexibility training.In this study,literature,expert interviews,experiments and mathematical statistics are used to train the hip joint of rhythmic gymnastics students in three stages for nine weeks.The purpose is to seek scientific methods for improving the flexibility of hip joint of rhythmic gymnastics students.The results are as follows:1.The theoretical basis of PNF stretching in rhythmic gymnastics teaching includes the theory of human development,the theory of emotional activation and the characteristics of rhythmic gymnastics.The three theories lay the foundation for the design of experiment,the implementation of teaching and the writing of the article.2.The teaching plan of PNF stretching method on hip joint flexibility of rhythmic gymnastics students includes five aspects: teaching objective,teaching content,teaching method,teaching process and teaching evaluation.3.After 3 weeks of training,there was no significant difference in the effect of PNF stretching on the hip quality of rhythmic gymnasts(P > 0.05).This is because the training time and load do not reach a certain amount in a short time,so further experimental training is needed.4.After 6 weeks of training,PNF stretching training has a certain improvement on the students' hip flexibility(P < 0.05),which is mainly reflected in the two indexes of "ground longitudinal fork" and "supine hip bending",with significant difference(P< 0.01).The improvement of hip joint flexibility is a step-by-step process.PNF stretching training conforms to the law of development and change of human bodyflexibility,so the six week training time has a certain role in improving students' hip joint flexibility.5.After 12 weeks of training,PNF stretching method significantly improved the hip joint flexibility of rhythmic gymnastics students(P < 0.01).After 9 weeks of PNF stretching training,the range of motion of your muscles and ligaments around the hip joint increased significantly after being stimulated with high intensity.
