The javelin is a compulsory course for college sports training and physical education specialty.Therefore,how to better improve the javelin athletes' technical level has become an important issue for coaches and athletes.In the training of javelin,it is no longer just a contest between technology,tactics,physical fitness and other aspects.In addition,athletes are required to have better coordination and extension in Javelin sport.Good flexibility plays a very good role in promoting javelin athletes' mastery of skills and the ability of upper and lower limb movement cohesion.Therefore,when teaching and practicing Javelin,we must pay attention to strengthening the flexibility of the athlete's related joints.The level of flexibility of Javelin athletes has a great influence on the development of Javelin technology and the ability to complete Javelin technology.The initial PNF stretching method is a treatment method for physical recovery.It has recently been applied to athletes.The key is to improve their physical flexibility.This method has proved to be significant in some sports.However,there is relatively little research on Javelin.This paper mainly adopts the methods of documentation,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and the experimental study was conducted with 12 men Javelin athletes of the Texas Vocational and Technical College in 2016 and 2017.The 12 athletes were randomly divided into three groups.Before the experiment,the basic physical qualities(strength,speed,flexibility)indicators of the three groups of athletes were tested separately.There was no significant difference in the results.Then three groups of students were studied using three kinds of stretching methods: static,dynamic and PNF stretching.The PNF stretching method is compared with other stretching methods,in order to prove that the PNF stretching method has significantly improved the flexible quality of Javelin athletes 'shoulder joints,and then improve the javelin flexible quality training method and corresponding theory to improve the javelin athletes' technical level.Experimental results:(1)After three months of training,there was a significant difference between dynamic stretch training group and PNF stretch training group in shoulder rotation performance before and after the experiment(P < 0.01),while there was a significant difference between the static stretching training group before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).Before and after the experiment,the results of the athletes in the three groups were significantly different(P < 0.01).Before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference in shoulder joint level abduction performance between the dynamic stretching group and the PNF stretching group(P < 0.05),while there was no difference between the static stretching group and the PNF stretching group(P < 0.01).PNF stretching group javelin athletes shoulder joint flexibility quality effect is the most obvious.(2)The subjective feelings of the three groups of athletes after the training of shoulder joint flexibility were significantly changed to different degrees in three aspects: the change of shoulder joint flexibility,the change of body relaxation ability,and the change of special movement ability.(3)The standard achievement of the dynamic stretching training group was increased from 38.25±4.36 m to 41.76± 6.72 m,with an increase of 3.51 m.There was a significant difference in the standard achievement before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).After the experiment,the standardisation score of the static stretching training group was 41.32 ±8.09 m,which was 3.89 m higher than that before the experiment.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).PNF stretch training group reached the standard of 38.02±4.15 m before the experiment,43.79±6.32 m after the experiment,with an improvement of 5.77 m.The T test results showed that there was a significant difference in the standard of the test before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).In addition,we can also see from the improvement of performance that the PNF stretching training group has a relatively larger improvement of the standard performance.Conclusions:(1)The effect of PNF stretching method on shoulder flexibility of javelin throwers is better than dynamic and static stretching method(P < 0.01).It can effectively reduce the shoulder rotation index of Javelin throwers,increase the range of motion,and improve the flexibility of shoulder joint obviously.(2)PNF stretching method enables the body to enter the training state faster,more energetic and less fatigue.Subjective sense is more standardized to complete the basic javelin movements,and the coordination ability has been improved.(3)The javelin skill evaluation and achievement of javelin throwers trained by PNF stretching method were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment(P < 0.01),and the improvement was better than that of the other two groups.
