Research On The Construction Of Taekwondo High-level Sports Teams In Colleges And Universities In Beijing

The high-level sports teams in Chinese colleges and universities are a high-level organizational form that can carry out regular sports and training in Chinese colleges and universities.The purpose is mainly to improve the quality and technical level of amateur sports and to encourage schools to train excellent athletes and sports technical talents.In April 1987,the former state education commission issued the "notice on the development of recruitment of high-level athletes in some ordinary colleges and universities",which determined 51 universities for the recruitment of taekwondo athletes.In order to further enhance and improve the overall quality and level of competitive sports in our country,in 2020 the ministry of education to adjust the high level sports teams.By 2020,our country taekwon do in common colleges and universities high level sports team with only 10.There are 3 in Beijing that are Beijing Transparent University,Beijing University of Science and Technology,Chinese University of Geosciences(Beijing).An analysis of the status and development of taekwondo high-level sports teams in universities in Beijing will help to develop taekwondo in an orderly way.This thesis takes team construction of high level taekwondo teams in common colleges and universities in Beijing as the research object.By using the method of literature,interview and questionnaire,the current situation of high level taekwondo teams in common colleges and universities in Beijing,as well as the existing problems and the insufficiency in the construction of research analysis and put forward developing countermeasures according to the problem.It is not only can optimize,but also providing the theory basis for future development.The main conclusions are as follows:1.High level taekwondo teams in common colleges and universities in Beijing have developed rapidly in recent years and achieved good results.Among them,Chinese University of Geosciences(Beijing)started lately,but it has a strong development momentum and has the best overall performance.2.The special coaches of taekwondo high-level sports teams of Beijing universities have a high professional level and a strong training plan,but there are few opportunities to get professional training course and little enthusiasm for scientific research.3.The enrollment quota of taekwondo high-level sports team of Beijing normal universities is less,among the three teams,Chinese University of Geoscience(Beijing)has more enrollment quota,and it shows the inverted triangle shape of high-level athletes.The number of places in Beijing Transparent University is in the middle and it is distributed in the three types of enrollment policies,showing a pyramid shape.Beijing University of Science and Technology's athletes can only enjoy the class B policy and the minimum number of athletes.4.The choice of undergraduate major for taekwondo high level sports team members in Beijing universities has great limitations.Although schools give preferential policies for the recognition of academic achievements to ensure the successful completion of studies for high level athletes,the academic pressure of athletes is still great.In addition,the school offers a policy of recommendation to graduate students for athletes with double excellence in sports and academic,but few athletes meet the requirements.5.The training frequency of the high-level taekwondo sports teams in ordinary universities in Beijing is high,the intensity of the training before the competition is high,and the results are good.6.Venues and facilities conditions is poorer,training subsidy and the prize between difference schools are big,lead to different school competition focus strategy.Beijing university of science and technology pay more attention to the competition in Beijing.Beijing Transparent University involve in all levels competitions.Chinese University of Geosciences(Beijing)performance is best.7.Due to the late start of taekwondo in China,it has a small influence and a low degree of social concern.Except Chinese University of Geosciences(Beijing),which began to receive more attention due to its good performance in the past two years,the other two schools still pay less attention to the project.
