Research purpose: 1.Based on the basic body function training, running technology and aerobic endurance,a systematic "pyramid" model of running training was constructed.2.To explore the influence of systematic running training on body composition, movement mode, joint stability, joint flexibility, running posture, aerobic capacity and running economy of different level runners.3.To explore the mechanism of systematic running training to improve running ability. Methods: 65 runners of different levels were recruited for 8 weeks of systematic running training, and the changes of running ability before and after training were analyzed. Before the experiment, the body composition, movement mode, body flexibility, strength quality, running posture, maximum oxygen uptake and other indexes of all the subjects were pre tested;in the experiment, the training program was 3-week basic period,2-week advanced period,3-week peak period training period;after the experiment, all the subjects were post tested. The test indexes, steps and methods after the experiment are consistent with those before the experiment.Results:1)Overall body composition compared with before training, body fat rate(%),fat mass(kg)and BMI index decreased significantly, with statistical difference(P<0.05).compared with the change between groups, the primary group after training The body weight(kg),body fat rate(%),fat mass(kg),BMI index, and muscle mass(kg)had the largest changes, while the advanced group had the largest change in lean body mass(kg).2)Compared with before training, the overall movement pattern scores of left and right lunge squats, left and right one-leg squats, left and right anti-rotation scores, squat scores, hip flexion scores, and total action mode scores increased significantly, with statistical differences(P<0.05).compared with the change between groups, the change range of the anti-rotation score of the left and right sides and the total score of the action mode of the primary group after training were the largest, which was statistically different from the advanced group(P<0.05).3)Overall flexibility compared with before training, ankle dorsiflexion angle and score for left and right sitting posture, left and right supine straight leg elevation angle and score, left and right prone knee flexion angle and score, left and right prone hip extension angle and score,hip-adduction Scores, standing forward flexion scores, and total body flexibility scores increased significantly, with statistical differences(P<0.05);compared with the range of change between groups, after the training, the primary group left and right side proneknee bending angle and score changed the most, and There were statistical differences between the intermediate and advanced groups(P<0.05).4)Compared with before training, the strength of the left and right sides, the left and right hip abduction, the left and right hip abduction, plate support and push-ups increased significantly, all with statistical differences(P<0.01).Compared with the change range between groups, the push-up change range of the primary group was the largest after training, which was statistically different from the intermediate group and the advanced group(P<0.01);the change range of the plate support in the intermediate group was statistically different from the advanced group(P<0.05).5)Compared with the overall running posture before training, the increase in stride frequency, the decrease in stride length, the decrease in touchdown time, and the decrease in swing angle have a high statistical difference(P<0.01).Compared with the change range between groups, the pace frequency, eversion range, and touchdown time of the primary group changed the most after training, which was statistically different from the intermediate group and the advanced group(P<0.01);the pace, landing impact, and swing of the intermediate group The angle changes the most, and it is statistically different from the primary group and the advanced group(P<0.01).6)Compared with the per-training period, the maximum oxygen uptake and the time to reach the maximum oxygen consumption increased significantly, with a high statistical difference(P<0.01).Compared with the change between groups, the maximum oxygen uptake of the primary group changed the most after training, and it was statistically different from the intermediate and advanced groups(P<0.01);the time-consuming change of the maximum oxygen uptake of the intermediate group was the largest. It is highly statistically different from the primary and advanced groups(P<0.01).7)Overall running economy compared with before training, oxygen uptake increased significantly from 2.7km/h to 8km/h(P<0.05);Met increased significantly from 2.7km/h to 8km/h(P<0.05);Heart rate decreases from2.7km/h to 8.9km/h,but there is no statistical difference(P>0.05);compared with the change between groups, the oxygen uptake of 2.7km/h to 8.9km/h in the primary group after training,Met,and heart rate have the largest changes, and there is no statistical difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Systematic running training can help mass runners lose weight and control weight. It can effectively correct the movement pattern of running, improve the flexibility of the body, and strengthen the lower limbs, upper limbs and core strength.2.Systematic running training can improve the coordination of running posture of mass runners, such as landing, support, pedaling and other running skills.3.Systematic running training can effectively improve the cardiorespiratory endurance and running economy of mass runners.4.Systematic running training based on the "pyramid" model effectively improves the running ability of mass runners,is more suitable for the rise and development of current mass running, and has good promotion value.
