A Feasibility Study On Developing Yoga Courses In Changchun Ordinary High Schools

This paper mainly studied the feasibility of developing yoga courses in ordinary high schools in Changchun city.It used a combination of literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method and logic analysis method.Research objectives: Through this study,the author found out the actual needs,school development conditions and main influencing factors of students who carry out yoga courses in ordinary high schools in Changchun City,and designed implementation plan through principal factor analysis.It provided a reference for the future development and promotion of ordinary high school yoga courses in Changchun City.Research conclusions:(1)Yoga courses have physical and mental value,aesthetic value,practical value and social value,which can effectively promote the healthy development of students' body and mind and improve students' aesthetic ability.(2)It is feasible to carry out yoga courses in ordinary high schools in Changchun,most schools have the space and equipment to carry out yoga courses.(3)Lack of teachers,lack of teaching materials,and insufficient cognition of students are the main factors influencing the implementation of yoga courses in ordinary high schools in Changchun.(4)Through the principal factor analysis,the author designed the implementation plan for carrying out yoga courses in high schools.(5)It is recommended that the school should strengthen the publicity of yoga courses,unify the teaching materials,and add public benefit classes and pilot teaching.(6)The development of yoga courses in high schools is conducive to the physical and mental development of high school students,which meets the actual needs of students,meets the requirements of China's new curriculum standards,and meets the new ideas of reforming the way of high school education.This study provides theoretical value for the development and promotion of yogacourses in the future and has practical significance for enriching the sports culture in high schools.
