The U16 women's basketball team of Jiangsu Province has won the first place in the physical competition of the second National Youth Games,the first in the national winter training physical test of the 2019 youth women's basketball team,and the first in the country twice,reflecting the physical condition of the players with obvious advantages.In this paper,the content,method,effect and influencing factors of the physical training of the team are selected as the case study to explore and study the physical training of U16 women's basketball team in Jiangsu Province,which provides reference for the physical training of women's basketball team in China and theoretical support for the U16 women's basketball team in Jiangsu Province to impact the gold medal in the National Games.Using the methods of literature,investigation and interview,on-the-spot investigation,test and mathematical statistics,this paper collects and studies the test data of 2019 national young women's basketball winter training from three dimensions of physical quality,training content and training method,focuses on the effect of physical quality training,selects six indexes to test the physical quality of athletes,and makes a comparative analysis of the results The physical training of U16 women's basketball team in Jiangsu Province and the influencing factors are analyzed.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The results of Jiangsu U16 women's basketball team in 2019 National Youth Women's basketball winter training are the first in terms of overall physical test results,and the other five test results are the first in terms of single event except for the third in terms of intensity shooting.The overall performance is excellent,reflecting that the strength,speed,endurance and sensitivity of the team members are superior to the national teams.The results of intensity shooting and oneminute rope skipping test are more discrete,which indicates that the projection ability,lower limb explosive force and coordination development among players are unbalanced.(2)Physical fitness dimension: in the test of lying push,standing long jump and one minute sit ups,the performance has improved significantly,reflecting the training effect of upper and lower limb strength and core strength of the team members;in the 15 m × 17 turn back run and T-type movement test,most of the players' test results have improved significantly,reflecting that the team has achieved certain results in speed,endurance and sensitivity training;while in the sitting position,the team has achieved certain results In the forward bend test,the test results are not ideal,the flexibility of the players has not been improved significantly,and some athletes have declined slightly.(3)Training content dimension: Jiangsu U16 women's basketball team physical training content mainly involves six aspects: strength quality,speed quality,endurance quality,flexibility quality,sensitivity quality and core strength.There are many general strength training contents,but the special strength training is relatively small;the speed quality and endurance quality contents are rich and diverse,but the aerobic endurance training project arrangement is too single;the sensitive quality training content arrangement is more popular with athletes;the flexible quality training content is relatively single;the core strength training is overall scientific and targeted.(4)Training method dimension: Jiangsu U16 women's basketball team often adopts the training methods in physical training,including cycle training,repetition training,interval training and continuous training.Different physical quality combined with special quality training makes the training methods diverse and flexible.At the same time,there are also some problems.Some training programs are not arranged reasonablyand scientifically.(5)Most of the athletes are satisfied with their physical training,and they think they can accept the training intensity to adapt to the current training intensity;while some coaches think that the athletes' self-requirement standard is low,there is more potential to tap,and the training effect can go to a higher level.(6)Jiangsu U16 women's basketball team attaches great importance to physical training.Good training atmosphere,harmonious interpersonal relationship,excellent site facilities,sufficient funds and other factors have a positive impact on the physical training of the team;lack of continuous physiological index monitoring on athletes,lack of clear theoretical cognition on physical training,individual athletes in training There will be a situation of slack work,which has a negative impact on the physical training of the team.
