How To Arrange The Classroom Space Of Cultural Life?

"Classroom space" arrangement refers to a strategy of teachers to improve classroom efficiency by purposefully changing and influencing the physical space,spiritual space and social space.On the premise of mastering the dimensions and elements of the classroom space,this paper purposefully and pertinently improves the classroom effect in senior high school ideological and political classes by constantly improving the elements that teachers lack.It is helpful for teachers and students to reach spiritual resonance,communicate equally and effectively,the classroom atmosphere is lively and relaxed,and students can learn the most things in limited time.So as to stimulate students' interest and achieve the expected teaching effect;It is helpful for teachers to improve their sense of achievement,better observe the classroom,carry out teaching,reasonably arrange teaching activities,and promote teachers to truly understand and practice the teaching concept of "students as the main body".This study is mainly based on X middle school after widely consulting materials and determining research methods and theoretical basis.The paper also USES the methods of literature analysis,interview and observation as auxiliary methods to support the main research method-action research.The first round of research was carried out by taking as an example.Targeted in the process of classroom space to rearrange the serious in through the observation of the author himself in classroom,listen to the teacher after class and students,and teachers' communication,determine the do the insufficient place,and put the shortage of place in the second round of action research,by listening to the advice of a class teacher and some of his own reflection,making different improvement.At the end of the second round,the author's own observations and Suggestions to students and teachers.After reflection,the deficiencies were identified,which was also included in the plan of the third round of action research to continue implementation,feedback and reflection.Finally,the paper summarizes the main problems in classroom space arrangement and the solutions.Finally,through three rounds of action research,I came to the conclusion thatthere are some corresponding problems in physical space,spiritual space and social space,such as too much class size in the physical space,and it is difficult for students to go their own way only in the political class.The biggest problem in the arrangement of spiritual space is the lack of spiritual space,the difficulty in reconstruction,and the ineffective communication between teachers and students,the difficulty in establishing a good teacher-student relationship and other problems in the arrangement of social space.Through the process of selecting the topic,consulting the literature,writing the proposal,making a plan,carrying out the research and finally writing the paper,I have gained some insights.1.It is necessary to have the awareness of problems,to be good at finding problems in daily teaching;2.We should have the concept of lifelong learning and constantly improve our business;3.Be good at combining theory with practice,combining theories learned with my own teaching,analyzing problems encountered,and actively finding solutions;4.Good and carry out self-evaluation and other evaluation,humbly accept others' Suggestions,reflect on their own shortcomings.Only by doing this basic thing can it help the new teachers like the author to grow rapidly in educational theories and ideas.Identify classroom problems and conduct educational research.At the same time,I also reflect on this paper and action research.The sensitivity of the problem is not high,the lack of insight to find the problem,the process of thesis topic selection twists and turns.Second,the implementation time of action research is too short,and the research on relevant issues is superficial and lacks depth.Some elements of the control solution is not perfect.In the future,the acuity of problems will be improved in teaching and education,and further research will be strengthened.Pay attention to discover the problems in teaching and explore the solution strategy,do a good summary and reflection.Constantly cultivate their own research consciousness,change the teaching concept,is their own real growth.
