The level of teacher professional identity of teachers students is related to their self-development and future career choices.How to cultivate normal students' teacher's professional identity has attracted extensive attention of scholars.However,the current research mostly focuses on the research of in-service teacher's professional identity,ignoring an important group-normal students.Therefore,This study focuses on normal students,reveals their inner stories from the standpoint of normal students,and explores the development of normal students' professional identity and its influencing factors.From the perspective of pedagogy,sociology,psychology and other disciplines,this research is based on self-identity theory,identity construction theory and self-efficacy theory.Through reading a large amount of literature,the teacher's professional identity of normal school students is divided into five dimensions: professional cognition,professional emotion,professional will,professional behavior tendency and professional values.On this basis,an interview outline is prepared to analyze the stories of the research subjects.Using the method of narrative research,this paper takes two senior students of X Normal University as the research objects,digs deeply into their learning and life stories,takes time as clues,presents and constructs the meaning of the stories,and explores the meaning behind the stories from the five dimensions of teachers' professional identity.Through analysis,it is found that the factors that affect the professional identity of normal school students mainly include internal factors and external factors.The internal factors include self-reflection and self-efficacy.The external factors include key events,important others,curriculum,educational practice and social environment.Finally,from the individual,normal universities and the government three levels proposed to enhance the normal students' professional identity.
