Risk Identification And Countermeasures Of Campus Football Teaching From The Perspective Of WBS-RBS

The comprehensive promotion of campus football has promoted the rapid development of China's football cause and football industry.However,development opportunities and risks coexist.These potential risk factors affect the development of campus football teaching to varying degrees.Therefore,it is very important to conduct a systematic risk study of campus football teaching.This article takes campus football teaching risk as the research object.Based on field observation and understanding of campus football teaching activities,first of all,it identifies the risk of campus football teaching;then it screens the risk factors through expert interviews to build a campus football teaching risk index system;then The risk of campus football teaching is evaluated,and the index risk classification is classified.Finally,the strategy for coping with the risk of campus football teaching is proposed.Research results:(1)In campus football teaching risk identification,19 risk factors were identified for personnel risk sources,3 risk factors for field equipment risk sources,3 risk factors for natural environment risk sources,and 3 risk factors for other risk sources.Risk factors.(2)In campus football teaching risk evaluation,safety awareness risk,student behavior risk,management system risk,and emergency rescue risk are classified as extremely high risks;classroom discipline risk,teaching design risk,precautionary awareness risk,other force majeure risks,and venue environment Risks,equipment use risks,safety education risks and emergency capability risks are classified as high risks.(3)In the school football teaching risk coping strategy,based on the identification and evaluation of school football teaching risk,a specific and actionable risk coping strategy based on risk reduction and prevention is proposed.
