Risk Analysis And Countermeasures Of Campus Football Development In My Country

Since 2009,campus football has gained an unprecedented opportunity for development,and the development of campus football has also made some achievements.However,the development opportunities and risks coexist.While the campus football is hot,the hidden risks affect the process of campus football.Whether the risk events occur or not,the risk causes exist objectively.Therefore,risk management is essential in the development of campus football.Nevertheless,there is no perfect risk management system in the field of sports in our country.There is no scientific evaluation system to identify,assess and prevent the risk of campus football.This article mainly uses the methods of documentation,the logic analysis,and the case analysis.At the same time,it uses the method of risk identification to identify the risk problems existing in the development of campus football,and divides the risk of campus football into the risk of national level,social level,school level and individual level.Prevention and control implement on the basis of the risk identification.Meanwhile,analyzing and learning from the development of football in foreign countries,community football and security policies,and to put forward the solutions,in order to protect and enhance the development of campus football.The main conclusions are as follows:Since the development of campus football,school sports teaching has been greatly promoted,and the fields,facilities,teachers and other aspects have been improved.But at the same time,there are some risks in the development of campus football,mainly in the following aspects.(1)risk at the national level:the risks that the educational goals are difficult to achieve,the risk of education investment,the risk of the disjointed state policy guidance and practice.(2)the risk of social level:the risk of social honesty,the risk of social moral behavior,the risk of social mentality to violence,the risk of market disorder,and the risk of public opinion.(3)risk at the school level:the risk of campus safety accidents,the risk of campus football competition.(4)risk at the individual level:the behavior of athletes is standardized,Teachers(coaches)and other related staff cause risks.The following recommendations were made in response:(1)at the national level,the government should assume the responsibility of risk management,mainly in two aspects:normalizing the risk management,defining the initial heart of the development of campus football,and reasonably guiding the development direction of campus football.(2)all social departments in the social level shall bear the corresponding responsibilities,mainly as follows:giving play to the leading role of social football groups or organizations;strengthening the public service of professional football clubs;giving full play to social educators and guides;Mold the function of person;strengthen the ability of social risk response.(3)at the school level,the school should strengthen the educational responsibility of risk consciousness.(4)State policy should be interpreted reasonably and individual behavior should be regulated at the individual level.
