University teachers are important human resources in colleges and universities.The construction level of university teachers not only reflects the construction level of a country's scientific and technological ability,but also marks the talent training level of a university,and reflects the comprehensive power of a nation.However,due to many factors,although China pays more attention to the construction of teachers' team in colleges and universities,the current situation still needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the current situation of teachers' job satisfaction in colleges and universities,find out the problems in job satisfaction through investigation,analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward strategies to improve teacher' job satisfaction,so as to provide guarantee for the construction of teachers' team in colleges and universities,and finally improve their sense of value and identity.Based on this,this paper takes the teachers from education group A as the research object,practices the related theories of the employee's job satisfaction as the instruction and uses the method of questionnaire and interview to make a research on the current situation of teachers' job satisfaction of education group A.Through the statistical analysis of the survey data and information,this paper points out the problems existing in the current teachers' job satisfaction,finds out the main influential factors according to the analysis results,analyzes the root causes of the problems,and then puts forward corresponding solutions.The problems existing in the teachers' job satisfaction in education group A mainly include: unreasonable salary system and lack of incentives,unreasonable performance appraisal system,slim opportunities for future development and greater pressure on daily work.The main factors affecting teachers' job satisfaction in education group A include: lack of human care for teachers,unreasonable human resource management system,lack ofattention to teachers' ability improvement and training,and low degree of human-organization matching.Finally,the solutions to improve teachers' job satisfaction in education group A were proposed in this paper.The solutions are as following: improving teachers' assessment of performance and salary system,giving teachers more humane care,providing opportunities for teachers' future development,and establishing a sound career management system.The solutions proposed in this paper are targeted and practical,and provide a reference for education group A to formulate a reasonable human resource management strategy.Through improving teachers' job satisfaction,retaining,managing,and arranging teachers,this paper hopes that it will improve the human resources management level of education group A,stimulate teachers' work motivation,increase teachers' enthusiasm and initiative,so as to improve the quality of education,achieve the double promotion of social and economic benefits,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the group company.
