Dong Quotient,a new concept put forward by Chinese researcher,has broad prospects for development.It is one of the important task to research on the basic theory of Dong quotient at present and in the near future.Dong Quotient is the cornerstone of an individual's all-round development,early childhood is a critical period for the human being's lifelong development.This study uses the "5-6 year-old children's Dong Quotient evaluation scale" to test the related indicators for 5-6 year-old children in a kindergarten in Dalian,and attempts to analyze the impact of how sports activities could influence the Dong Quotient.Also,to explore,improve and make contribution for children in Dalian for their sports quality.The research uses a method of literature review to analyze,summarize,and compare the concepts,origins,and development trends of Dong Quotient.Through the method of interview,the main content,display form and influencing factors of Dong Quotient displayed in people's actual life and work were collected and summarized,so as to discuss whether it is suitable and practicable to design and select those sports activities for children.Take 54 kindergarten children aged 5-6 from a kindergarten in Dalian as the experimental object,divide them into two different groups-experimental group and control group,and test and summarize the results of the Dong Quotient of the experimental group and the control group throughout the experiments and mathematical statistics.The research results are as follows:(1)The selected KDL Kids' Physical Activities is operable in kindergarten.Children can safely complete the activities under the guidance of the teacher.(2)In the case where the experimental children of the experimental group performed KDL physical activities,and another did regular physical activities in the kindergarten,after 12 weeks of experimental intervention,it was found that there was a big difference in the quotients of the two parties(p<0.01).After the experiment,the Dong Quotient of children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the other group.At the same time,the Dong Quotients of the experimental group has significantly different before and after the experiment(p<0.01).The results show that the children in the experimental group experienced changes in their quotient after intervention of the selected experimental content,and showed a significant increase.This shows that the selected physical activity intervention in the age group of 5-6 years can promote the improvement of their Dong Quotient.The early childhood stage is a critical period for human growth and development.Proper physical activity for young children during this period is important for their development throughout their lives.The study found that the experimental intervention content KDL Physical Activities for Kids selected for this experiment can effectively promote the development of children's Dong Quotient,and significantly improve the Dong Quotient of children aged 5-6.It also includes the multi-faceted influences of sports quality and potential in the objective level.The sports activities selected in the study should be widely promoted,and appropriate sports activities should be carried out in kindergartens to improve the physical fitness and sports quotient of young children,and lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of children and the challenges they face in campus sports in future.
