In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the physical health of young children,but most parents still pay more attention to whether children learn to calculate and know how many words in kindergarten,and "primary school" kindergarten education.In response to this problem,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the development of special governance work for kindergarten "primary school",intended to return children to a naive,romantic,happy and worry-free childhood.The "Notice on the Pilot Work of Football Special Kindergartens" issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education in April2019 requires all kindergartens to carry out football games extensively,select,develop and design a number of football game activities that meet the physical and mental characteristics of young children,and promote students Physical and mental health.Based on this phenomenon,this study conducted an experimental study on a total of 39 children aged 5-6 in the 26 th Kindergarten(Tiannan Park)in Hexi District,Tianjin,and designed a game plan for traditional sports games and football games,and applied 5-6-year-old motion quotient evaluation system measures young children before and after the experiment.Through comparison,they get a sports program that is more conducive to the physical and mental development of young children.It also provides a plan and reference for the future development of kindergarten football games.This paper uses literature data method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,experiment method,questionnaire survey method and so on for research.Through research,it is found that whether 5-6 years old children participate in traditional sports games or football games,it is conducive to improving children's motion quotient level.However,in terms of growth rate,the growth rate of the experimental group of football games is significantly higher than the experimental group of traditional sports games.In terms of physical function,there is no significant difference in the BMI index between the traditional sports game experimental group and the football game experimental group.After the Vital Capacity index was experimentally intervened,there was a significant difference between boys in the traditional sports game experimental group and football game experimental group,while girls did not.In terms of athletic quality,the traditional sports game experimental group has only a significant improvement in Walking On The Balance Beam,while the football game experimental group has no significant improvement except for the two test items of Sloping Pull-In and Sit And Reach.The remaining eight indicators have improved significantly.In terms of sports intelligence,the traditional sports game experimental group has a significant improvement in The Scores Of Only 5m In The Earth-bag test project,while the football game experimental group has no significant improvement except for The five Consecutive Rope Skipping results.The remaining nine items Both were significantly improved.In terms of sports psychological function,both the traditional sports game experimental group and the football game experimental group have significantly improved the scores of the sports psychological function test scale.However,from the perspective of the average difference,the increase of the football game experimental group is higher than that of the traditional group.In the sports game experimental group and the traditional sports game experimental group,the children's scores in terms of their degree of love for sports activities and awareness of sports activities are significantly improved,but the scores in the social interaction level question items reflected in the exercise process are not significantly improved.The young children in the experimental group of the football game have significantly improved in three aspects: their love of sports activities,their awareness of sports activities,and their level of social interaction.On the Deviation Motion Quotient of the traditional sports game,although the total Motion Quotient of the experimental sports game group has improved significantly before and after the experiment,there is a significant improvement in the traditional sports game experimental group.The Deviation Motion Quotient dropped significantly,while the Deviation Motion Quotient of the children in the experimental group of the football game experiment group increased significantly.Further research finds that the problems of kindergarten physical education development lies in the lack of kindergarten physical education teachers,insufficient investment in children's sports funds,and the state's talent training for children'sphysical education teachers.In response to the above issues,the author advocates firstly accelerating the construction of football special kindergartens and providing sufficient financial support for football special kindergartens;secondly,on the training mechanism of preschool physical education teachers,a joint training model should be adopted,and normal colleges and sports colleges jointly teach or or specially set up the relevant majors of preschool physical education.Kindergartens can also jointly carry out teaching with sports training institutions,clubs,sports associations,etc,so as to professionalize kindergarten sports;finally,kindergartens should regularly carry out parent-child activity days,strengthen the interaction between kindergartens and parents,cultivate the tacit understanding between parents and children and achieve home-school co-education.
