Social Q&A community is the Q&A community based on the SNS.In recent years,it has become one of the most popular application of Internet.And knowledge sharing is its basic characteristics,to be the output of a large number of knowledge,experience and insights.In this paper,we took "ZhiHu" as a case study,and researched on social Q&A community of knowledge sharing.We were interested in two questions:how to achieve knowledge sharing,how knowledge sharing is possible.Specifically,1)how to share knowledge?2)what is the level of process and characteristics between community knowledge?3)what is the motivation that user sharing knowledge?4)what are factors affect the user's knowledge sharing behavior?Firstly,this study analyzes the technology,content and mechanism of knowledge sharing three construction.We found the technological function module,the content level of knowledge sharing and the mechanism of the realization of knowledge sharing in community knowledge.The new breakthrough of knowledge sharing is realized through the combination of knowledge nodes and social network nodes.Secondly,this paper constructs the factor model of knowledge sharing based on the grounded theory research method,and do the exploratory description.The study found,individual answers community knowledge sharing behavior is mainly affected by the demand factors,such as,motivation factors,support factors and constraints in the social,emotional reaction as the transmission hub,composed of self-efficacy and personal characteristics of intermediary conditions play a regulatory role,and the behavior of earnings significantly affect the ongoing process of knowledge sharing.The conclusions of the research show that ZhiHU is different form the traditional Q&A community like Baidu know,the self growing is its most important knowledge sharing motivation.Furthermore,through knowledge,to create personal brand image is also difficult to achieve in general virtual community.At the same time,the important reason of knowledge sharing is the creation of the unique community atmosphere,which is the key to the success of virtual community in Web2.0 era.
