Along with the development and popularization of the Internet, online community which is formed by interactive participation of netizens gradually permeates into each layer of the social life, and further becomes an important platform for information exchange and knowledge acquisition of netizens. The article breaks through the predecessors' view of research on motivation factors generated by the user content in the online community, focuses on inhibited influence factors of users' participation in knowledge sharing in the online community, regards the weighted needs theory as the research framework and combines with the psychological Lifespace Formula(Lewin Formula)to establish a knowledge sharing behavior inhibited factor influence model for the users in the online community.Hypothetic influence factors in 13 aspects, including,a need for personal information safety,a need for content generation safety,a community reputation influence,a need for usability,a need for use circumference,a need for community approval,a need for community infusion,a need for social contact,a need for self-achievement,a need for feedback,a need for flow and attraction,a need for self-efficacy and a need for capability fit is proposed from three levels below,.i.e.,the need for social environment trust, the need for use scene and the weighing need for deep participation;deep interviews are organized and developed for discussing and supplementing each factor.Specific problems are proposed in combination with the practical use scenes of the online community;finally, the network questionnaire inquiry is developed to verify the hypothesis. The results show that the factors such as the information leakage, the improper use of UGC,the poor reputation of the community, the need for use circumference, the need for community infusion, the need for social contact, the need for feedback, the need for flow and attraction, the need for self-efficacy and the need for capability fit have different inhibited influences on the willingness of users for participating in the knowledge sharing in the online community. The inhibited influence of the need for self-efficacy is effective for the users who usually participate in the knowledge sharing in the online community, but is ineffective for the users with low participation degree. The users with deep participation obtain higher grades about the influence degree of each hypothesized inhibited factor in the survey than other users,so that the hypothesis that deep participation needs deeper need satisfaction, proposed by this research,is proved.Meanwhile, the research also discovers that the need for self-efficacy of the male users in the online community is obviously higher than that of the female users, and the hypothesis of the social science is satisfied. This research has comprehensively covered all the levels of users' participation in knowledge sharing in the online community and has relatively high reference values. It is also discovered in the survey that the popularization of the Internet mobile devices, including, mobile phones and panels, and the continuous improvement of the network service level and the coverage have created lots of media use chances, the total time of media used by the users is greatly increased, and the media use scenes takes on fragmentation. This conclusion has supplemented the “Zero-sum” hypothesis of media use time which is set based on the weighted needs theory.
