Surface detection technology based on optical interference principle has a very important position in the field of modern optical detection technology.This technique has a higher measurement accuracy and sensitivity than the traditional method of surface detection,and has the remarkable advantages of non-contact measurement and full field measurement.The interference fringe image is the main content of the interferometer output,which carries all the relevant information of the components to be measured.Therefore,the research on the image processing method for the interference fringes is the key to improve the level of the interferometric technology.There are still defects and improved space in the current image processing algorithm of interference fringe.At the same time,the current interference image processing platform can not be popularized in the optical device production workshop because of its high cost or too large volume.Therefore,it is of high practical value to develop a portable interference image processing equipment with higher cost performance.In this subject,the following research was carried out on the embedded interference fringes processing system:1)Several commonly used methods of interference fringes were compared based on the basic principles of optical interferometry,and the defects of Fourier transform processing methods were emphatically analyzed.An improved method was proposed in view of its shortcomings in interferogram extension and carrier frequency estimation.2)The hardware design of the embedded interference stripe processing system to be built was carried out.Based on the analysis of the actual demand of the system,the related circuit design of the ARM system module,the image acquisition module and the LCD display module was completed respectively.3)Based on the hardware design,The system software was designed,including the transplantation of Linux kernel to the embedded development board,and the design of interference stripes processing software.The system realized the function of collecting and processing the interference fringe images and displaying the measurement results in real time.4)The function of the embedded system was tested under the actual optical interferometry environment.The results showed that the performance of the system meets the design requirements.
