Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of the national economy has made the construction land space of our country increasingly become the main feature of land use change.Menghai County 's urban level and per capita GDP are far below the basic level.Moreover,the data of per capita construction land is at a relatively low stage,which has the characteristics of the development of special border cities.By studying the current situation of construction land in Menghai County,this paper explores the problems reflected in the process of the change of construction land,analyses the driving mechanism of the impact of construction land,realizes the economical and intensive use of construction land,and promotes the coordinated and interactive development of urban and rural areas.It can provide a basis for the strict formulation of construction land use in Menghai County.Extracting the interrelated elements of different objects and discovering,interpreting and analyzing spatial phenomena are the embodiment of the value of spatial association rules mining in GIS.This paper takes Menghai County of Jinghong as the research area of construction land.It responds to the strategic thinking of " one belt and one road",and promotes the trade between our border cities and neighboring countries,and ties the links between Southeast Asia and Southeast Asia.The research results are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the current situation and total amount of construction land in Menghai County from 1999 to 2017,it is found that the construction land in Menghai County increased from 10481.67 hectares in 1999 to 13251.92 hectares in 2017,and the elasticity coefficient of the change of construction land in Menghai County is in the growth state,among which the elasticity coefficient in 2005 and 2010 is more stable,reflecting the development of construction land resources during this period.Macro-control has been achieved.(2)The dynamic monitoring change of construction land in Menghai County is obvious.The change speed of urban villages and industrial and mining land is 2.41,that of transportation land is 0.67,that of water conservancy facilities land is 0.32,and that of construction land is 3.85.(3)There are many driving factors for the change of construction land in Menghai County,but according to the actual situation of Menghai County,through the correlation analysis of construction land in different terrain(dam area and non-dam area)and the driving factors,it is concluded that the core driving forces affecting the change of construction land in Menghai County are population migration,the proportion of economic structure,the level of urbanization and so on.Research conclusion:Menghai County has the strongest correlation intensity(correlation degree is 0.7644)with the increasing urban population,which is the first influencing factor to determine the expansion of construction land.The proportion of economic structure in the secondary and tertiary industries and Urbanization Factors(the correlation degree is 0.7432 and 0.7319)is the second.It shows that the adjustment of industrial economic structure and urbanization are the dominant factors to promote the change of construction land in Menghai County.Tourism,industrialization and transportation level are the direct factors of the total amount,structure and space-time change of construction land in Menghai County.Policy factors are the direct factors to promote the change of construction land in Menghai County.The root cause of the spreading change of construction land.
