With the development of science and technology,UAV aerial photogrammetry has gradually become an important means of modern surveying and mapping technology with the advantages of high timeliness,flexibility and high accuracy of data acquisition,playing an increasingly important role in the field of Surveying and mapping.However,at present,the design of UAV aerial photogrammetry mainly depends on human,which is not assisted by the system equipment.The degree of automation is low,and it needs a lot of time and energy.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the technical method of using computer-aided design of UAV aerial photogrammetry scheme.Before the aerial photographing of UAV,a scheme design document is prepared according to the design results of the navigation area and the relevant aerial photography parameters.The aerial photography personnel can carry out aerial photogrammetry according to the corresponding design of the mission statement,and at the same time,it is convenient for the staff to carry out theoretical verification on the feasibility and safety of UAV flight operation,and provide technical and safety guarantee for carrying out photogrammetry work.In this paper,the limitations of traditional aerial photogrammetry in the areas with large topographic elevation fluctuation such as mountains and hills are analyzed and optimized.The aerial photogrammetry area is divided according to the elevation difference of aerial photogrammetry area and the accuracy of aerial photogrammetry is ensured.At the same time,combining with the geographic data and the specific aerial photographing parameters of UAV(including UAV flight height,mapping scale,route spacing,overlap,etc.),this paper has established a set of refined,standardized and unified UAV aerial photographing scheme design template,developed a computer-aided design software system for aerial photographing scheme,and basically realized the refined and standardized aerial photographing Design and output of measurement scheme.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper expounds the basic theory of photogrammetry,the basic concept and work flow of UAV aerial photogrammetry,and sums up the calculation and application of aerial photogrammetry standards and relevant aerial photogrammetry parameters.(2)This paper studies the method of automatic division of navigation area considering the fluctuation of topography and elevation in aerial photography area.According to the results of the object elevation statistical comparison in the navigation area,the aerial photographing area is partitioned;on the basis of the navigation area partition,the route in the navigation area is planned to complete the design of the UAV aerial photographing task area.(3)The expression model of aerial photogrammetry task implementation scheme is established.According to the designed navigation area and related parameters,a set of refined and standardized template of UAV aerial photography scheme design book is established and the output of the design book can be realized.(4)Using C# and Arc GIS Engine 10.2 open-source components to build a human-computer interaction platform,strictly in accordance with the requirements of the relevant aerial photogrammetry specifications for system development,and the aerial photographing scheme design template is built into the system to achieve the computer-aided design and output of the UAV aerial photographing scheme.Based on the above research content,the UAV aerial photography program computer-aided design system is developed,and a standardized and unified UAV aerial photogrammetry program design template was generated.Taking a certain area of Yunnan Province as an example,a standardized aerial photography scheme is designed in strict accordance with the requirements of aerial photography.The validation conclusions are as follows: The system can complete the design of aerial photogrammetry scheme in strict accordance with the requirements of industry standards such as “the code for low altitude digital aerial photogrammetry”,and basically meet the functional requirements of the design of aerial photogrammetry scheme.The generated aerial photogrammetry scheme design book basically meets the needs of the actual aerial survey work,which can greatly improve the automation process of the design of UAV aerial photogrammetry scheme and effectively improve the work efficiency.
