With the development of textile industry, people's requirements for weaving speed, weaving pattern and weaving reliability are constantly improving. As a kind of textile machinery, electronic dobby machine has gradually become the main force of the opening device market. The multi arm electromechanical magnet is one of the important parts of the multi arm machine. It is connected with the electric control system and mechanical system of the multi arm machine. Its stability and reliability affect the stability and reliability of the multi arm machine.Due to the limitation of the structure and material of the electromagnet, the condition of heat dissipation is poor.In the long-term working process, there will be some faults, which affect the normal operation of the dobby. In this background, this paper takes the multi arm electro-mechanical magnet as the research object, and studies the electromagnetic characteristics and control system of the multi arm electro-mechanical magnet in-depth.Firstly,the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the influencing factors of the electromagnetic characteristics of the multi arm electro-mechanical magnet, and then the PWM voltage control method based on PI is used to optimize the control system of the electromagnet according to the analysis results,Build the performance monitoring system of the multi arm electro-mechanical magnet to control and monitor the electromagnet. The specific research contents are as follows:In this paper, the influencing factors of the electromagnetic characteristics of the multi arm electromagnet are studied, and the physical model of the multi arm electromagnet is established.Based on the finite element method, the electromagnetic field of the multi arm electromagnet is simulated and calculated in the Maxwell software, and the relationship between the working air gap,the power on voltage, the working state of the bypass electromagnet and other parameters on the electromagnetic characteristics of the multi arm electromagnet is obtained The electromagnetic thermal coupling field of electromagnet is simulated by finite element method, and the influence of temperature on electromagnetic characteristics of electromagnet is obtained. In this paper, the control system of the multi arm electro-mechanical magnet is optimized, the influence rules are obtained by analyzing the factors that affect the electromagnetic characteristics of the electromagnet, the temperature of the electromagnet is compensated by using the PWM voltage control method based on PI,the control system model before and after the optimization of the multi arm electro-magnetic is simulated by using the Simulink component of MATLAB,and the PWM voltage based on PI is proved to be adopted The effectiveness of the control method to the optimization of the control system. The performance monitoring system of the multi arm electro-mechanical magnet is set up.The system not only completes the automatic and intelligent control of the 20 channel electro-magnetic of the multi arm machine, but also realizes the real-time monitoring of the important parameters of the multi arm electro-mechanical magnet, such as current, magnetic induction strength and temperature. At the same time, experiments are carried out on the Staubli 2871 dobby test-bed to verify the simulation results and optimal control results.Through the research of the multi arm electromagnet,it provides a theoretical basis for the design, processing and use of the multi arm electromagnet. At the same time, the optimization of the control of the multi arm electromagnet improves the reliability and stability of the multi arm electromagnet.
