Research On The Dynamic Changes Of Factor Productivity In Southern Jiangsu

South Jiangsu is one of the most developed regions in China's economy and society,and has always played a leading role in the “China plan”.At present,China's economy is in a critical period from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.In the process of the transformation of Southern Jiangsu's economy from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,there are still problems such as unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable development,which are embodied in unreasonable industrial structure,unclear role of innovation subjects,unreasonable resource allocation and prominent population structure To a great extent,these problems have affected the high-quality economic growth in southern Jiangsu.According to productivity theory and economic growth theory,the allocation efficiency and coordination degree of factor productivity are important components of factor productivity,and they are closely related to technological progress.The growth of quantity of factor input and factor productivity can directly affect economic growth.Therefore,from the perspective of factor productivity,Southern Jiangsu should explore the dynamic changes of factor productivity,and put forward possible countermeasures and suggestions to comprehensively improve the factor productivity,so as to realize the transformation from factor and investment driven to innovation driven development and promote high-quality economic development.This paper mainly uses productivity theory and economic growth theory to find single factor productivity and total factor productivity(TFP)is an important part of productivity theory,and they are closely related to technological progress.It can objectively show the internal factor allocation and external coordination of factor productivity,and play a crucial role in economic growth.Therefore,based on productivity theory and economic growth theory,from the perspective of factor productivity,this paper uses the basic measure method of SFP and Cobb Douglas production function method to measure the total factor productivity of Southern Jiangsu in 2000-2017,and then uses Olley pake(1996)method and deviation coefficient method to decompose the total factor productivity of Southern Jiangsu in 2000-2017 into factor productivity Based on the internal allocation efficiency and external coordination degree,this paper comprehensively explores the dynamic changes of factor productivity in southern Jiangsu,and draws the basic conclusions: first,the imbalance of single factor input has caused the imbalance of economic development in southern Jiangsu to a large extent;second,the gap between SFP and TFP in the five cities in southern Jiangsu tends to develop in a balanced way;third,the efficiency of labor allocation in southern Jiangsu And the whole factor allocation efficiency fluctuates and rises,and the capital allocation efficiency declines greatly;fourth,in the southern Jiangsu area,the factor allocation efficiency in Nanjing,Suzhou and Wuxi has a large contrast,the labor allocation efficiency and the whole factor allocation efficiency in Nanjing are at a higher level,and the capital allocation efficiency and the whole factor allocation efficiency in Wuxi and Suzhou are relatively high The efficiency of power allocation is relatively low;fifth,the labor productivity co scheduling in southern Jiangsu has increased significantly,and the space for capital productivity co scheduling and TFP coordination degree to improve is large;sixth,the TFP coordination degree in southern Jiangsu has a large regional difference,mainly because the TFP development in Nanjing and Zhenjiang,Zhenjiang and Changzhou is not coordinated.Finally,according to the relevant conclusions,some suggestions are put forward.Through the study of this paper,it is basically clarified that both the SFP(capital,labor factor productivity)and TFP have an inseparable relationship with technological progress,and both the SFP and TFP can directly affect economic growth.The allocation efficiency and coordination degree of factor productivity are important components of factor productivity,which can affect the overall change of factor productivity from the internal and external aspects.Therefore,this paper systematically measures and analyzes the dynamic changes of the factor productivity in southern Jiangsu,and measures and analyzes the internal allocation efficiency and external coordination degree of the factor productivity in southern Jiangsu,and draws relevant conclusions.In order to improve the factor productivity in southern Jiangsu and achieve high-quality economic development in a more comprehensive way,this paper puts forward countermeasures against the research conclusions Discussion.
