Research On The Legislation Of Land Reclamation In Mining Areas

Mineral resources and land resources are very important material resources and are also important pillars of China’s economic development.However,due to large-scale mining in recent years,a large amount of land resources have been destroyed and the ecological environment has deteriorated.Therefore,establishing and perfecting the legal system of land reclamation in mining areas is an inevitable requirement to improve the ecological environment in China,increase the income of the national economy,and promote the sustainable development of mineral resources and land resources.This article examines the legislative status of land reclamation in mining areas in China,and through analysis and research,finds out the land reclamation in China’s mining areas.In legislative activities such as the formulation and revision of laws,there are still imperfect legal systems and incomplete supervision systems,lack of public participation system,and failures and inadequacies of reclamation and acceptance systems,etc,on the basis of this,on the basis of relevant experience analysis of some developed countries on land reclamation in mining areas,learning from each other,according to China’s actual situation put forward to improve China’s mining area complex At the legislative level,improve the legislative system for land reclamation in China’s mining areas;establish a special supervision agency for land reclamation and equipping with specialized law enforcement personnel;improve China’s rehabilitation hearing system for mining areas,strengthen education for the public,and increase public participation;The unified reclamation standard,shortening the time for reclamation and approval,and other sound suggestions.
