Crude oil is the blood of the global economic development and the most widely-used commodity.After processing,all kinds of crude oil products are widely applied to all aspects of human life.As a commodity,with the new development of industrial revolution and technological progress,the circulation mode,pricing model and game structure of crude oil is also in constant innovation and development.And the development of crude oil market is characterized by centralization and monopoly is more and more significant.The competition of products and services cannot adapt to the industrial chain competition of oil industry.One-and-a-half-century history of the development of the crude oil market has proved that the path of the mature market has a basic law.At present,standardized futures contracts launched by the exchange have become the basis for the global pricing of crude oil.However,because of historical reasons,China has not formed a market based crude oil price mechanism which is in line with its own economic development interests.Through the analysis of pricing mechanism,infrastructure,and price factors of international crude oil,combined with our country actively launch RMB denominated crude oil futures trading opportunities,the core of this paper is mainly to solve the following problems:1)how does the international crude oil pricing mechanism transfer;2)core effects of crude oil price changes;3)how to improve China’s crude oil marketization degree.By clarifying the development of international crude oil market,we find out the reasonable factors that are suitable for the pricing of China’s crude oil futures.By learning from the experience of mature market development,we put forward the interest demands of China’s crude oil market construction,and trying to find out a suitable path for their own development.
