In this paper,white carbon black as the carrier,zinc element and holmium element co-doping,by sol-gel method to prepare Zn-Ho antibacterial white carbon black.single factor and response surface method were used to optimize the preparation conditions to obtain the best antibacterial Zn-Ho antibacterial white carbon black.The Zn-Ho antibacterial white carbon black as antibacterial agent,pure green oxide as raw materials,adding suitable amount of additives,the preparation of high temperature solid phase sintering,the antibacterial properties of antibacterial cordierite ceramics.The detection methods of SEM,EDS,BET,XPS,ICP and particle size were used to characterize the antibacterial agents,the synergistic antibacterial effect of zinc and holmium was investigated.According to the results of the optimal preparation conditions of Zn-Ho antibacterial agent,zinc ion concentration is 0.718 mol·L-1,holmium ions concentration is 0.0005 mol·L-1,the reaction time of 63.7 min,for e.coli strains,by using the optimal method of coated tablets antibacterial antibacterial tests Zn-Ho white carbon black,bacteriostatic rate was 82.31%.SEM-EDS,BET and particle size detection indicated that Zn-Ho antibacterial white carbon black structure was shaggy,distributed evenly and with a small average particle size(28.948 um),specific surface area of 451.511 m2/g.XPS analysis shows that antibacterial agent in zinc and holmium element exists in the form of oxide,ICP analysis shows that holmium ions doped rare earth makes antibacterial agent with the detection of zinc ions bear loads increase,which enhances the antibacterial performance;Synergistic effect factor SEF=18.23>0,synergistic coefficient T/E=2.25>1 showed that the synergistic inhibitory effect of zinc and holmium elements was significant.By XRD characterization analysis of cordierite ceramics,the sintering temperature and holding time on the crystal phase composition of cordierite ceramics,to determine the best preparation technology of cordierite ceramics,and preparation process of antibacterial cordierite ceramics were studied.The results are as follows:the antibacterial properties of antibacterial cordierite ceramics increased with the increase of antibacterial agent,and the product antibacterial property decreased significantly when the sintering temperature exceeded the theoretical active temperature of the antibacterial agent.The optimum preparation process of antibacterial cordierite ceramics is.Zn-Ho antibacterial white carbon black content(15%),sintering temperature is 1350℃,holding time for 2h,the absorption method of antibacterial cordierite ceramics bacteriostatic rate test,the optimal antibacterial cordierite ceramics bacteriostatic rate was 50.28%,addition,the content of cordierite in the antibacterial cordierite ceramics is higher than that of the cordierite ceramics without antibacterial agent.The addition of antibacterial agent not only makes cordierite ceramics have a good effect on the performance of cordierite ceramics.
