In modern times,reducing logistics costs is a goal that logistics companies have been pursuing,and reducing costs is naturally a powerful guarantee for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Tobacco companies are typical commercial enterprises for logistics distribution.However,tobacco companies have some peculiarities of implementing a monopoly system,which makes a great difference between tobacco logistics and general logistics.However,the logistics costs cannot be ignored in the same time.According to the demand from customers,the tobacco lean logistics distribution dispatching methods can realize the optimal allocation of resources to the greatest degree and improve the efficiency and quality of the tobacco industry logistics.At present,there are still some gaps in researches.Based on the actual demand of tobacco companies’ logistics distribution,This paper conducts a study on the comprehensive optimization method of tobacco lean logistics distribution scheduling in the city of JinChang.In this paper,the modern management system is used as the basic framework of lean logistics.The K-MEANS clustering algorithm is used to classify retail customers into different categories according to their geographic locations,demand of tobacco,as well as the number of vehicles and maximum load.According to the total demand from customers and the amount of vehicles carried,this paper gives the number of departures and the average distribution of goods,which simply means,how many groups the customers should be divided into.Furthermore,the ant colony algorithm is used to find the approximately optimal route and the total distance in each group.Then,the total delivery time of each group is calculated based on the transportation conditions and the service time of each retailer.Finally,the specific task of the delivery is determined.Based on the comprehensive analysis of K-MEANS clustering algorithm and ant colony algorithm,this paper puts forward the optimization method of lean logistics distribution scheduling in the tobacco industry,which greatly improves the distribution efficiency and service quality,and satisfies customers better.As a result,profits of companies will be increased while declining costs.This paper also has strong theoretical and practical significance,and it is of great importance not only to the tobacco industry but also to the development of logistics in other industries.
