In recent years,with the introduction of National Industry 4.0,the trend of intellectualization and automation in the furniture manufacturing industry has become more evident.Small and medium-sized furniture enterprises account for a relatively large proportion of the Chinese furniture market.As the core of the manufacturing industry,production scheduling and lean production are of great significance for improving industry competitiveness.Due to the changes in the furniture market,consumers’ demand for furniture products has shifted from simple popular furniture products to personalized and diversified furniture products.For small and mediumsized solid wood furniture enterprises,reasonable production scheduling optimization and lean improvement are effective means to improve the production efficiency of enterprise workshops.Based on the above viewpoint,this article divides the workshop scheduling problem into single machine and flexible flow shop scheduling problems according to the production characteristics of a solid wood furniture enterprise.Following the concept of "first overall,then partial",it first uses Wolf Swarm Algorithm to optimize the overall production scheduling problem of Y solid wood furniture enterprise,and then carries out lean improvement work on local production bottlenecks in the workshop based on the optimized production scheduling scheme,Ultimately,the goal of improving workshop production efficiency is achieved.The main results of this article are as follows:(1)The basic situation of Y solid wood furniture enterprise was investigated on the spot,and six solid wood furniture products were measured using the stopwatch timing method and the predetermined time standard method.The workshop logistics turnover time was summarized into the total processing time table for furniture products,which served as the basis for the simulation experiment data of the algorithm for solving the production scheduling problems of single machine flow shop and flexible flow shop for furniture.(2)According to the characteristics of the production scheduling of the single machine flow shop for solid wood furniture in Y Enterprise,this chapter selects a single objective optimization mathematical model for the production scheduling problem of the single machine flow shop for furniture.The working hours of six furniture products were coded and the optimal parameter combination for solving the problem was obtained by using the orthogonal experimental method.According to the optimal parameter combination,an algorithm simulation experiment was conducted,and the experimental results were analyzed.It was concluded that the optimized production scheduling scheme reduced the completion time by 98 minutes,and improved the production efficiency by 7.03%,The feasibility and effectiveness of Wolf Swarm Algorithm in solving the production scheduling problem of a single machine flow shop for solid wood furniture have been proved.(3)According to the characteristics of production scheduling in the flexible flow shop for solid wood furniture in Enterprise Y,the constraints of the problem are analyzed,and a mathematical model for the production scheduling problem for the flexible flow shop for solid wood furniture is constructed.The wolf colony algorithm is used to optimize and output a production Gantt chart.The experimental results are analyzed.The optimized production scheduling scheme reduces the completion time by 127 minutes,and improves production efficiency by 10.47%,The feasibility and effectiveness of Wolf Swarm Algorithm in solving the production scheduling problem of flexible flow shop for solid wood furniture are proved.(4)Using the concept of lean production,lean improvement was conducted on local production bottlenecks in the workshop,and the economic benefits and post efficiency improvement effects of related improvement efforts were analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the production scheduling schemes of solid wood furniture single machine and flexible flow shop with Gantt charts before and after bottleneck optimization,it is proved that the improvement of local production bottlenecks in the workshop is feasible for improving production efficiency.To sum up,it has certain reference significance for improving the production efficiency and optimizing management of furniture enterprises to optimize the overall production scheduling of the workshop by using the wolf colony algorithm and to improve the local bottlenecks of the workshop based on the concept of lean improvement.
