In the early stage of reform and opening up,the total sales volume of China’s jewelry industry was about 150 million RMB,but after only 30 years,the total sales volume reached 520 billion RMB in 2016.In the development of such a rapid jewelry industry trend,many domestic and foreign entrepreneurs are looking for opportunities to invest,a time domestic jewelry companies have mushroomed everywhere.However,the experience and expertise of many entrepreneurs in jewelry management have caused the vicious competition and chaos in China’s jewelry market.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign theoretical knowledge about the marketing of jewelry companies,combined with the difficulties and opportunities that company I is facing at the present stage,and from the aspects of politics,economy,society and technical environment,I proposed that company I should give full play to the advantages of its own brand and implement brand marketing strategies.And through the actual investigation of the company’s business conditions,I give the specific brand strategy and marketing combination strategy,brand positioning is put forward to upgrade strategy and brand strategy individuation,jewelry marketing on intelligence development,service alliance and carat maintain strategy has reference value strategy,and put forward the total quality management,production informatization,human resource management and after-sales service system construction from four aspects of safeguard measures.
