| In recent years,environmental pollution has gradually catches the people’s attention,and becomes the focus of human activities which can’t be ignored.Environmental pollution has aroused extensive discussion at home and abroad.To a certain extent,our country is experiencing rapid economic growth at the expense of environmental destruction.Economic losses due to environmental pollution have far exceeded people’s imagination.Environmental pollution problems have seriously hindered the sustainable development of economy.Therefore,the application of environmental risk management in the project is very important.The concrete mixing plant project belongs to the construction project in the ground construction industry,which determines the importance of environmental risk management for the project because of the characteristics of raw materials and finished products.In this paper,by the way of the project risk management theory and methods,the project for environmental risk identification,environmental risk assessment and environmental risk prevention and response are studied.Based on the existing research results both at home and abroad,and based on the relevant theories of risk management,this paper analyzes the types of risks existing in the WZCN concrete mixing plant project from the perspective of environmental risk and divides them into construction period and trial operation period according to the stages of risk occurrence.Use the causality diagram to systematically analyze the environmental risk factors of the project,determine the risk hazard level by referring to the emission and monitoring standards of environmental pollutants,and use the expert investigation method to determine the possibility of various environmental risks.On this basis,the risk classification and ranking are calculated.Finally,according to the project environmental risk factors to carry out risk prevention and countermeasures research,and prevention and response measures are given to mid-level and above the project environmental risks.This paper could provide some theoretical references for the environmental risk assessment and management of other engineering projects. |
