| With the continuous development of China’s pharmaceutical industry,the number of pharmaceutical enterprise projects is also increasing,and the construction risk management level of pharmaceutical enterprise engineering is directly related to whether the project can achieve the expected results,so the construction risk management of pharmaceutical enterprise engineering has received widespread attention.In the construction projects of pharmaceutical enterprises,the risk issues in the implementation process have been studied in depth.Adopt systematic,scientific and comprehensive research methods to manage the construction risks of engineering projects to ensure that risks can be identified and prevented early in the process of the project to minimize risks.At the same time,a targeted approach is used to minimize the impact of risks and maximize the economic benefits of the project.This paper studies the construction risk management of Hengrui Pharmaceutical’s anti-tumor injection workshop construction project.Firstly,the basic situation of the construction project of Hengrui Pharmaceutical’s anti-tumor injection workshop and the construction content of the pharmaceutical factory project were specifically introduced.On this basis,a specific study was carried out on the construction risks of the plant construction project of Hengrui Pharmaceutical’s anti-tumor injection workshop: in terms of risk identification,the "brainstorming" method and the "fishbone diagram" method were used to identify the construction risks in the engineering construction of Zhicheng Pharmaceutical Industry from the perspectives of personnel,technology,management,materials,environment and so on.In the risk assessment,AHP and fuzzy assessment methods are mainly used to evaluate the construction risk of the project,and on this basis,a risk evaluation method based on fuzzy cluster analysis method is proposed.In terms of risk response,corresponding countermeasures have been taken according to the degree of impact of risks,mainly including:reducing,transferring,preventing and storing risks. |
