Research On The Influencing Factors Of Corporate Environmental Responsibility Under The Background Of Ecological Civilization

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China’s economic and social development has made great achievements,and environmental protection work has also made significant progress.The Chinese government has always attached importance to environmental protection work.As early as 1983,environmental protection was identified as the basic national policy.In 2007,the construction of ecological civilization was written into the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In 2012,the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China It has risen to become an important part of the overall layout of the "five in one";in 2017,the party’s 19th National Congress report clearly stated "accelerating the reform of the ecological civilization system and building a beautiful China";in 2018,the National Ecological Environmental Protection Conference was held in Beijing.The"Xi Jinping Ecological Civilization Thought" was established,which provided a scientific guide for China to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.At present,China’s environmental problems are still relatively grim,far from meeting the needs of the people for a better life.Traditionally,China’s promotion of ecological civilization construction relies mainly on the power of the government.The report of the 19th National Congress proposed to build an environmental governance system with government-led,enterprise-oriented,social organizations and the public.As the main body of micro-economy,enterprises are the main energy consumers and contributors to pollution.Strengthening the environmental responsibility of enterprises and coordinating the relationship between enterprise development and environmental benefits are important contents for accelerating the construction of ecological civilization in China.In order to better enhance the environmental responsibility of Chinese enterprises and give play to the important role of enterprises in the construction of ecological civilization,this paper uses evolutionary game analysis based on the theory of ecological civilization,environmental ethics,prospect theory,stakeholder theory,and externality.And the methods of measurement analysis,etc.,analyze the external factors and internal factors that affect the environmental responsibility of enterprises,and put forward policy recommendations.The full text is divided into six parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the topic and the literature review.The second chapter is related concepts and basic theories,defines related concepts,and sorts out the basic theories used in this paper.The third chapter is the analysis of China’s corporate environmental responsibility,through data to understand the current status of the development of corporate environmental responsibility in China.The fourth chapter is the theoretical research on the influencing factors of corporate environmental responsibility,and analyzes the external influence factors and internal influencing factors of corporate environmental responsibility.The fifth chapter is the empirical research on the influencing factors of corporate environmental responsibility,and empirically studies the actual role of internal and external influencing factors of corporate environmental responsibility.The sixth chapter is policy recommendations.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:First,overall,corporate environmental responsibility and environmental regulation intensity and social supervision level are positively correlated;with the company’s asset-liability ratio,executive team size,average age,female ratio Positive correlation;negatively correlated with the company’s return on net assets.Second,from the perspective of state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises,the intensity of environmental regulation has a greater impact on the environmental responsibility of non-state-owned enterprises;the intensity of social supervision has a greater impact on the environmental responsibility of state-owned enterprises;the age of senior management teams in non-state-owned enterprises The impact on corporate environmental responsibility is small.Third,from the perspective of heavily polluting enterprises and non-heavy polluting enterprises,the intensity of environmental regulation has a greater impact on heavily polluting enterprises;the return on net assets of enterprises has a greater impact on non-heavy polluting enterprises.In view of the above conclusions,this paper starts from the external factors and internal factors of corporate environmental responsibility,proposes to improve the corporate environmental responsibility legislation and policies,improve the incentive mechanism for enterprises to fulfill environmental responsibility,and establish and improve the Chinese enterprise environmental responsibility evaluation system.Public environmental awareness and other measures to improve the external environment of the enterprise;through strengthening the concept of corporate environmental responsibility,formulating environmental responsibility strategies in line with the company’s own characteristics,and building corporate environmental responsibility management systems to optimize the internal environment of the enterprise.The purpose is to promote the development of corporate environmental responsibility in China by improving the external and internal environment of enterprises,so as to better promote the construction of ecological civilization in China.
