Research On Corporate Ecological Responsibility Under The Background Of Ecological Civilization Construction

On the basis of the "five in one" general layout proposed by the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward "building ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation",puts forward higher requirements for the construction of ecological civilization,further describes the new grand blueprint for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,and promotes the construction of ecological civilization to socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era The important goal of the strategy of strengthening the country.In the past forty years of reform and opening up,great achievements have been made in China ’s economic development.As the main body of market economic activities,enterprises not only make significant contributions to economic development,but also cause different degrees of pollution and damage to the ecological environment.Since the last century,all kinds of environmental pollution incidents have been reported frequently.The contradictions and conflicts between the survival and development of enterprises and their social responsibilities,especially the ecological responsibilities,have become the focus of people’s attention and debate.The lack of corporate ecological responsibility not only affects the sustainable development of enterprises,but also poses a serious threat to natural resources,ecological environment and human beings.In the strategy of ecological civilization construction,enterprises play a very important role.We must guide and regulate enterprises to take corresponding ecological responsibility to further promote the construction of ecological civilization.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,and summarizes the relevant research on corporate ecological responsibility at home and abroad.The first chapter analyzes the concepts and characteristics related to the construction of ecological civilization and the ecological responsibility of enterprises,expounds the theoretical knowledge related to the ecological responsibility of enterprises,analyzes the relationship between the construction of ecological civilization and the ecological responsibility of enterprises,and puts forward the ecological responsibility of enterprises in the process of ecological civilization construction from the angles of nature,society and the public.The second chapter analyzes the practical difficulties faced by different enterprises in the process of fulfilling their ecological responsibilities,and summarizes the causes of the difficulties.The third chapter summarizes the advanced experience of the United States,Germany and other western developed countries as well as some excellent enterprises in China in fulfilling their ecological responsibility,so as to provide reference for enterprises to solve the ecological responsibility dilemma.As the key point of the article,the fourth chapter puts forward the practical countermeasures for enterprises to solve the dilemma of ecological responsibility under the background of ecological civilization construction,and points out the optimization suggestions for enterprises to improve the implementation status of ecological responsibility,including optimizing the government guidance mechanism,building the self-discipline mechanism of enterprise ecological responsibility,improving the supervision and participation mechanism of industry and social organizations,and improving the ecological civilization literacy of entrepreneurs and employees This paper elaborates on the following aspects in order to solve the practical problems of the fulfillment of the ecological responsibility of enterprises through the joint participation of multiple subjects.
